My mother and I visit this establishment 29 Oct 2025, Hostess was nice and seated us, no waitress or waiter greeted us, our orders were never taken it wasn't busy..... This location had plenty of waitress/waitress available during this time, since we were never greeted by our server my mother and I left we were approaching the door to leave we we wished by 1 hostess and 3-4 waitress/es very friendly enjoy the rest of your our evening
Both spots in Laurel are great for casual dining, but LongHorn Steakhouse definitely stands out when it comes to meat quality 🔥. Their steaks are juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly every time — you can really taste the freshness and seasoning 👌🏽. The sides like mashed potatoes and mac & cheese are rich and flavorful 🥔🧀.
TGI Fridays has a fun vibe, great drinks 🍹, and classic American dishes like burgers and ribs 🍔🍖. The portions are generous, but the steak quality at LongHorn is definitely higher — more like a real steakhouse experience 🥩✨.
Overall, if you’re craving high-quality steak and cozy Western-style atmosphere, go for LongHorn ❤️🔥. If you want a lively place with good appetizers and cocktails, TGI Fridays is also a solid choice 🎉🍷.

Waitress Juliana was very nice. My order was perfect. Steak was cooked correctly. Brussel sprouts we're cooked correctly. Everything was fantastic! Can't wait for my next trip here.

Came by on Saturday, the 18th around 6:30pm. The food was good overall, consistent with LongHorn’s standards but the service was abysmal. We got served by Daria T.
She had a decent greet time but seemed she was not in the best of moods, repeated my drink order twice because she didn’t hear it. Didn’t notice we had bread on the table and no utensils, ok that’s fine asked a busser.
After we placed the order, we saw her just twice during the service, drink drop off and after we finished the entrees. At this point we asked for boxes and additional drinks. I had asked her for a Moscato and she served a Trinity oaks Pinot Noir. When I initially pointed this out, she did not seem to understand. After she came back to pick up the check, I told her that was not what I ordered and asked to return it. She asked me “so you don’t want it?” Again, I repeated that she served me a Pinot noir and i requested a moscato. When she “dropped off” the corrected check, it was more of a toss as she walked away. Oh and by the way, from the time we had finished entrees and asked for the boxes and drinks, we waited about 20-30 minutes at that table for all that.
There was no prebussing to speak of, sat on my initial bread tray and bread plates (all empty after five minutes of being served), and entree plates the whole time. We left and those dishes all remained (sorry ms. Busser! Daria seems to want to work you!)
Very unhappy with the service (if you couldn’t tell!) better luck next time I guess.

Great food and excellent service. Anthony was our waiter and he did a fabulous job ensuring we enjoyed our meal to the fullest. Very attentive and quick. My older sister ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was very moist and I liked it better than my steak because if was lighter and.not heavy. Will most definitely and it that on my next visit.

My family and I had dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse, 13600 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD on August 16, 2025. The hostess was friendly, our server was nice, and the food came out on time and cooked to order. No complaints there.
The issue happened when my wife, who wasn’t feeling well, barely touched her ribeye. We asked for it to be boxed to go, but accidentally left it behind. We realized within 5 minutes, returned, and explained the situation. The hostess called the manager, but we were told the steak had already been thrown away. Instead of showing understanding, the manager offered an appetizer and treated us as if we were trying to get something for free—which we were not. We simply wanted what we had already paid for.
When I asked the manager her name, she said “Alex,” then gave me a business card that said Astrid Lucio – Restaurant Manager. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer care left a very poor impression, especially for first-time guests.
We dine at many restaurants across the country and internationally, and this experience was one of the worst in terms of management service. We will not return, and I do not recommend this location.
