Low stars for service is not meant for the server. She was overwhelmed. It was 18 of us and 1 of her. That score is meant for the restaurant not providing us with at least 2 servers. She made MANY mistakes. BLESS HER HEART...SHE TRIED!! Longhorn...do better!!!
Carmen is an amazing bartender. She greets you with a warm smile and great timing. I was having an OK day now to a better day because of her. I can tell she is genuine and cares about customer experience. Great Bar atmosphere! Especially when you just want to just hang and chill away from home for a bit. Much love
The ppl are really nice here. Bit of a line sometimes but it moves quick. The front door staff are nice as well as the bartender and the young man with the glasses and long hair that takes your order is one of the best. He makes sure you have everything and if you don't he goes and gets it for you. The food never disappoints
