The appetizers weren't that great, and lacked flavor, Jerk chicken Flatbread and curry chicken egg rolls. My drink was good.

Bad service. Sat right away. Waited over 15 mins for waiter. Went to receptionist to let them know and still waited as staff walked by. Walked out. Seems like the don't get service although I heard food is good.

We love Mad Cow, and Neville is awesome! Food here is always amazing! Place is always busy and we visit regularly. Just wish they could get staff as good as the food, but well worth the wait! See you again soon!

I liked it. The food was delicious. They have a nice variety of food. They have a bar and pretty good drinks. The service is very good also. Would definitely recommend

We stopped here for lunch today. I had heard mixed things about the restaurant, but mostly good things about the food. I love jerk chicken, but I wanted something light because it was lunch, and I had a few other things I had to do today. So I ordered the Jerk Chicken Wrap. The restaurant was mostly empty (outside of the bar area). It took about 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. I would almost understand if the place was packed, but it wasn't. Also, because it's lunch, people usually need to eat and be out of there at a reasonable amount of time. When the food finally came out, the jerk chicken barely had any spice and was extremely bland. I thought that maybe when I got to the bottom of the wrap, the spices and other flavors may have dripped down. No. At the end of the wrap was a mushy bland mess. The plate also came with fries, which were also not seasoned or even salted. Additionally, our waiter never came by to ask us for refills, so I'm glad we just went with the water instead of paying for a soft drink. I want to give this place a second chance, but probably won't. The three other dishes at our table were also bland, the curry had little flavor, the rice was the consistency of minute rice, and the spinach looked and tasted like it was poured out of a can minutes earlier. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the BYO burger (turkey). I added avocado, tomato, American cheese and caramelized onions with a side of sweet potato fries. I wish they had moscato but I settled for a pineapple ginger cocktail and it was mixed really well. My bff had the oxtail eggrolls appetizer and I tasted a small piece and it was super spicy. She eats spicy all the time and it was even a little spicy for her. My throat and chest are still burning rn and we ate around 1130am. All in all it was a good experience and I will be surly visiting again. They also give a military discount so don’t forget to ask for it.

My waitress Eve was truly amazing and really heightened the dining experience for me. Her professionalism and customer service: 15/10 Ordered: Moogarita, wings jerk bbq, Truffle Mac and cheese, Fish tacos crispy, & Rum punch Moogarita: 7/10 strong and cool mix Wings: 8.5/10 The Jerk bbq I'd just the rice amount of spice. Wings were cooked perfect and sauced evenly. I like them Truffle Mac n Cheese: 11/10 a must get. Extremely creamy and flavorful. I would return just to get this. Fish Tacos Crispy: Chef really went in their bag to make these. Such a simple dish but everything was made for each other and perfect. Orange sauce adds a charged flavor but isn't even needed. Get this. Rum Punch: 3/10 SUPER SUPER SUPER strong. Potent asf and if you have a refined rum/whiskey pallet, you will get a headache almost immediately after leaving. If they upgraded from rail liquor and charged a little more, I see potential. Total: $82.70 I'd return and only not get the rum punch.

Went to have some drinks with some friends...my tab was started at 5:24 pm..just in time for HH..I had 3 bud light bottles that were supposed to be 2.50 a piece...I was charged 5.00 for one...and 7 dollars for 2 drafts (I had bottles) also charged 13.00 for the seasonal sangria, which the menu stated was 10...This was my first time visiting this spot..but I won't be returning...super shady on the bartender's part

I was totally disappointed. I have always enjoyed Chef Neville's food since he had his own establishment in College Park, MD. I'm not sure what happened but the jerk chicken was hard, dried out, and cold. I was expecting Rice n Peas but received crunchy white rice without it being e planned that they were out of Rice n Peas.I was given a bent up fork to eat with no knife. When I tried to voice my complaint, Zoe, the server, walked past me while I was talking, and they rectified my horrible experience by taking off my Pineapple Ginger drink. No apology, no other offering. The experience was off-putting to say the least.

I've been here before on a random mid-week trip, but this time my homegirl and I decided to go on a Friday evening for happy hour. The positives are that the happy hour is from 4-7 and includes the whole restaurant, not just the bar area. The drinks are reasonably good around $6-7 for most and a variety. Food is also available, but as a pescaterian my options are quite limited, I believe only the brussels I'm able to eat from the happy hour menu. We were seated at a booth, it was about 4:45/5pm and there was a decent crowd at the bar, but as time went on the restaurant began to fill up as well. I had 3 of the pineapple gingers, they are delicious, I love them With such limited food options on happy hour, we decided to order off the regular menu. One of my pet peeves is for restaurants not to have things they advertise and the server doesn't tell you ahead of ordering. They were out of a lot of things. We settled on the red snapper escovitch, which was ok and my homegirl got a gluten free version of the rasta pasta with cauliflower rice and jerk salmon since the zucchini noodles weren't available, she loved it. What we didn't like is that the salmon was not served whole atop, but rather chopped in pieces and premixed in. I've had the rasta pasta before with the jerk salmon and it was phenomenal. The service was a bit slow and lackluster. The price point was a little over $30 for the gluten free rasta pasta and $40 for the whole snapper with two sides.

Wife and I have been here several times, First visit was great food and service. Anytime after that food and service have slowly gotten worse, and the music louder with every visit but still able to hear our server and each other… However tonight we could not hear each other over the music. It’s bad when you hear the music outside. The food was not what we remembered. The burger patties are nothing more than preformed and not the hand patties they were.I will not come back and will never recommend
