I always use my mobile app and usually just go through the drive thru. Always the same thing - large caramel iced coffee. Sometimes I like to add various extras like espresso or caramel/chocolate drizzle. But, in all honesty today I don’t think they put any of the extras (which cost more) in my drink. Tasted pretty gross haha. But I went home and dumped a bunch of caramel and chocolate in there myself. However, the whole paper straw thing drives me absolutely insane

Parking: Just be careful pulling into or backing out of any parking spot. It’s pretty easy to have a collision with either a car or a human being.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing too exciting at this location. Pretty basic inside

Great staff. Emily is super friendly. Food tastes the same as any other McDonalds, there is room for improvement in the drive thru pick-up time.

This is the most pleasant McDonald’s drive thru I’ve ever visited in the country. Dare I say that it’s on-par with Chick-Fil-A. The staff are all polite, friendly, and upbeat (note that every time I’ve gone it’s been at least 11pm and sometimes as late as 3am). The ice cream machine is always working. The fries are always hot. And the drive through is SO EFFICIENT.

Kudos to all the staff here. Yall are truly wonderful!

My local McDonalds, and it’s far better than any others in Laurel or Columbia. Drive the extra 5 minutes to this one instead if you want McDonalds, this one’s very well managed and run. When I’m across town I just choose this one anyways.

Why is it that at this McDonald's every time I order something at the drive thru I ask them to please put ketchup on it but they never put it on the order even though you tell them they always have such bad service if they have to charge something extra then they charge it but they don't give such terrible service

I generally do not leave negative reviews, as I like to give businesses additional chances. In this case, I have gone to this McDonald's multiple times over the past few months. It had not been worth turning around in the past to rectify the situation, because I'd already reached my destination.
During my most recent experience, I was able to return, which I had to do three times. After I returned the third time, I had to request a refund four times, once at the drive-thru window and twice when I reached the cashier and again after they attempted to remake the sandwich again. The manager had ignored my request for a refund, resulting in additional food waste.
I had let them know that they only needed to refund the sandwich from the meal. They said they were unable to do that, and we're refusing to do a refund at all.
I finally gave them the remainder of the meal....again, resulting in food waste. At that point in time they provided me a full refund.
I would have settled and ate the sandwich, but both times they understood my request to be extra mayonnaise, The chicken sandwich was covered in so much mayonnaise, I would not have been able to eat it.
I think the problem is that they are trying to move so fast, that they're not slowing down to listen to special requests, and ensure that all orders are correct. On top of that, the overall customer service and ability has a lot to be desired.
I have decided not to return to this McDonald's. There are other options in the area when I need a quick meal.
I wish them the best, and hope that they will consider improving their customer service in the future, slow down a little, listen to the customer and get the orders right.
