The Guy on the counter was rude. Seems he does not like his job. Greeted him good morninh and hi did not reponse. He just look with mesirable face infront of the customer. Very Nasty

Charged me 60 cents for two extra sauce but I only ordered a large cup of ice. Every other McDonalds I go to gives it to me free water and not charge me for sauce.
Hispanic women always ignore Blacks when we walk up to counter. They really need to check their prejudices!!!!!!

I give him one but the bad thing is that he sells the sauce and the bags. I didn't know that he sold all the sauce.

Terrible costumer service!!!!!! I won’t ever come back here again . Especially the manager was very rude she wasn’t any help at all

I started an order, went to a kiosk... it didn't work - wouldn't let me log in with the QR code or 4-digit number. It just kept saying "Try again?". I tried another one - same thing. (I had just used the App the day before and it worked fine...) I lost 3000 points but didn't realize until I got to work in DC to try another McDonald's. Small amount of points but still frustrating. I've lived nearby for 3 years and this was my first time at this store - very disappointed.

The service is very bad, there is a very arrogant lady or lady, it is good that there is permanent security there, the students make a lot of mess.

It's a shame today I had a problem with my cell phone, I lost it in the Walmart bathrooms, luckily I was able to find it with the locator but to my surprise one of the McDonald's cashiers had it, it's a shame because they can't have staff that keeps what oblivious, I made a total of 31 calls and every time the alarm went off to find him they turned it off... I think they shouldn't hire people like that, that's unethical. How can you trust the restaurant to someone who is not capable of returning a simple cell phone, it is so easy to buy them in this country but this shows how rotten they are on the inside!!! This happened today, Sunday, July 23 at 4:00!!! It's a shame that there are people like this and worse working in such visited places!!! It's a shame I couldn't see their names because I would have liked to go when there was someone who really cared to know what kind of employees they had.

I usually dont have this problem because all mcdonalds are ran by foreigners. But they will answer the phone here and pretend they cant hear you. Thats really immature.
