This is the second time we went out of our way to try this restaurant, and much to our disappointment, they were closed yet again at 7:30 p.m. Not sure what the deal is. Their Google hours suggest that they are open until 10 p.m. This place needs to get its act together. Don’t think we’ll be returning. What a let down!
Arrived at 2pm on a day that this restaurant should been open from too far, and it's locked and no one answers the phone. They think this is Afghanistan.

We came all the way to this restaurant on Saturday at 3pm and it is closed!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Laurel. Last time we went we got the mahicha palau, the mantu, and ice cream at the end. In my opinion this place has the best mantu in the area, better than other Afghan and middle eastern restaurants. We will return again and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

We're from Ohio and we were in DC area for a visit. Found this place. Delicious authentic Afghan dishes! Friendly staff. Definitely recommending this place!

We just got takeout there last night and it was really fantastic. We had lamb, chicken, spinach, salad, bread, etc. and they were all seasoned and cooked perfectly. You could also tell that the restaurant is a meeting place for the community, which was lovely to see. The owner was incredibly kind and we will absolutely get food from them again in the future.

The buffet looks beautiful… all food items are in clamshell heated servers, which kept the food fresh and piping hot… Qaubili Palau was incredible… chickwn kabib tasted amazing!!! chick peas and subzi (spinach) were excellent…! sbeeryakh is included in the BUFFETT!!
