I don't know why the little guy in Frozen would lift up his chin with a challenging look like why am I standing there. You're the one that checked me in and you think maybe I'm coming back in for my paperwork? What do you think I'm standing there for looking at me like I'm trying to sell them a vacuum cleaner on day shift. I guess in some groups that's to be expected, but really we run into enough $20 an hour people that think they're gods we don't need another one.

I had a delivery for this place …. There are so many bad reviews I thought I was gonna spend a lot of time to get unloaded…. My appointment was at 2pm got there at 10 am
Gave me a door and finished to get unloaded in 3 hours

Maybe i was lucky, but Sunday morning delivery, full reefer, 0 temp. In n out 1hr for unloading ! Got here 1 hr before my appt, took me right away.

Appointment time was 12 PM. I arrived at 11 AM. They didn’t start loading me until 6PM and didn’t not depart until 7 PM. I highly would not recommend coming here

They always sit inside and talk no care about driver times. Always wait 20 minutes for check in and 20 minutes for check out. Gande aande

Quick loading no overnight parking there's room for maybe 3 trucks outside of the exit gate there's a rest area about 5 miles away they will run u off if u try to park there after you get loaded

You see a black dude in checking and receiving stay far away dude breath stink so bad. Don’t stand in front of the window stand to the side 😷😮‍💨

Very bad company they never work on appointments time I was here since morning and my appointment time is at 10:00 am but now it’s 6:00 pm they still not working

Too much waiting!!! Pick up appointment 10/03/2024 at 5am I arrived at 3am got adoor at 12pm got out at 12:40pm

I've been here 2 times. The first time my drop n hook turned into a live load. The 2nd time I was a few hours early for drop n hook. They did let me in and had me drop empty then back up to trailer in dock door without hooking to it to wait for it to finished being loaded. They did a crap job loading. I'm in the 12th tandem hole, can't go any further back legally and showing 28k on drives and 31k on trailer. They put all the weight in the rear of the trailer so Im unable to balance my load. Not only does that ruin fuel efficiency and burn more fuel, this load has to go thru Tropical Storm heavy rains and wind and the way they've loaded it increases the risk of a jack knife during braking because the trailer is heavier than the truck.

Friendly staff, easy access but a little slow getting in the gate and checked in.

Excellent experience. Arrived @ 1840 for 2000 appt. Left @ 2145. Staff was polite, they have vending machines and INDOOR BATHROOMS! Ample maneuvering room even for a rookie and plenty of parking in the staging area.

This place has improved a lot ,not just like 2022-23
Sometime things are not go according to us .but it’s been 2-3 years I’m delivering here
