As a long time patron of this location, having the phone answered, immediately told to hold, then forgotten about, a complete slap in the face. Especially when simply trying to ask about availability.

My cousin went with his wife to eat dinner the food is good but my cousin forgot his wallet when he realized that he forgot it in the restaurant they went to see if it was in the seat where he was around 12:00 in the morning they took photos and the wallet was there when they went in the morning around 11 in the morning when they opened the restaurant because they had evidence that it was in the restaurant in the seat where the manager and the cleaning lady were who were the only ones there they said they had not seen it but after a while they called that yes it was there but that they found it in the bathroom they gave it to the wife but the wallet did not have the money that it had be careful because not all people are honest.

Came to celebrate my birthday and the service we received was extremely poor. Not only were two of the alcoholic drinks significantly different sizes each time we ordered them but I was left waiting 10 minutes for my food after the rest of my family got there meals. I was debating getting dessert when the waiter asked my 13 year old son at the other end of the table from myself and my husband if we were done and proceeded to bring the check instead of allowing us to order dessert. Overall the entire experience was unpleasant and we will not be returning.

If you’re black, young, and have tattoos. Do not eat here. They discriminated against me from the first moment I walked in. I ordered my food and an alcoholic beverage. The waitress asked for my ID and when I handed it to her she said okay and gave it back to me and walked away. She then returned and asked for my ID again. This time she said she needed to get her manager ( short black man balding hair ) to verify my ID because it looked a little weird. I said I don’t know what she meant
Bug that was fine if she needed to get her manager. She came back to my table 3 times after without her
Manger and I asked her to bring him. She said she would again and left for 10 more minutes. So the next time she came back I told her I wanted to leave for how I was being treated. I did leave and came back in to talk to the manager. The manager( short balding black man) came to the front and inspected my ID and then said the waitress was allowed to choose who she had to serve and then he proceeded to walk away. Smh black and tattooed so I can’t drink even though I’m legal (25 year old)!!

I have visited Tyson's olive garden on several occasions, and this time I wanted to change and try another location... this time I went to the olive garden located in Laurel MD and we did not have a good experience... maybe the staff today and the lunch time were not in their best days, from the host to the service in general... first we had to wait 15 minutes to be taken to the assigned table with the restaurant empty. Afterwards they sat us in the last corner of the dark restaurant and the chairs were uncomfortable, we asked to be placed next to the window and it was not possible, we still do not know the reasons. And to finish, the food arrived 45 minutes after ordering it and it arrived raw and we decided to order a container and bring it home so we wouldn't eat it either.

Placed a to-go order. Tipped 25%. Text message said food would be ready at 7:40 PM. After checking in and waiting 20 minutes, went inside to find order on shelf and several employees sitting around.

It's OK if you want something Italian though it is not the best Italian food, but hey it's Olive Garden not fine dining! Soups are lovely and everyone in my dining party were very happy with that. I said I couldn't have dairy or egg and made adaptations to my meal but then was given butter in the sauce so had to send it back and wait for another.
Dietary restrictions: they will do what they can but just make sure you check when you get the food
