Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We regularly frequent this location and have had good experiences; however this new year's eve the food was not up to par. The food took much longer to arrive than usual and when it did arrive it was not hot and the sauce portions were skimpy. When we asked our server he let us know that there was a large party of 75 people on the other side of the restaurant and the kitchen was overworked. The restaurant should not take such large parties if they do not have the capacity to handle them. The manager was also nowhere to be seen and it seemed like all the staff were busy with the large party instead of their other guests. The kitchen also seemed to skimp on portions as a result in some way to save food. At least the server was very attentive and we could tell it wasn't their fault for our poor experience. We've never had such an experience at this location and we've been coming here for years.

The food is ok but the service was bad it looks like if you want eat or leave no one check as how the food was or if we need something until we ask for the ck the young girl name Haydi when I told her what we felt the answer was so ok and laughed said here is your bill very disappointed unprofessional.

Service was good, although there were some delays due to a larger party there.

Isaiah and Wesley gave fantastic service. While dining we ran into a small issue and they took care of it without hesitation. Couldn't have asked for better service and food is always good. Thanks again!

Great Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks. All three are great. Loved our waitress. She was very nice and we had great service with a smile.

They never brought my order when we was in ready to liven brought the order we canceled very bad service

We thought it server forgot about us. No bread sticks. Had to ask for ice for or iced tea.

The unlimited pasta is amazing, I usually go to the location in Hyattsville, but decided to try Laurel. The service could have been better because a server lied to me about the unlimited pasta ending and she was rude. Other than that, everything else was good!

Went there with friends from church and wanted to try something new the tour of Italy a recommendation from a waitress that served us in enjoyed it.

Shoutout to Wesley (MOD)!!! As soon as my boyfriend & I sat down we noticed his great attentiveness to every guest in house. He made sure everything was running smooth, was checking in with every table, & quickly solved some payment issues we had with the tablet (no one’s fault). Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Wesley!
