Never had an issue with this location, the times I’ve come here, the food always tastes fresh & the portions are fantastic. Some other locations have skimped out on ingredients in their sandwiches but thankfully this one does not :)

As a regular Panera customer, I tend to stop by whichever location is closest whenever I’m traveling. This particular location stands out as my favorite, and if I lived nearby, I would honestly visit almost every day. Sitting inside while looking out through the windows is surprisingly refreshing, thanks to the pleasant views of the surrounding area. The interior is spacious, clean, and comfortable, which makes it a great place to relax or spend time. On top of that, the customer service here is consistently good, and the soup portions are noticeably more generous compared to another location I visited just a few days ago.

The only problem with this location is the attitude of some of the other customers. I really feel for the staff here sometimes with the disrespect the have to deal with on a daily basis. They take it all with grace and kindness though. Always providing the best customer service regardless of the unnecessary attitude from other partrons.
Amazing food, coziest dining area, great staff! I love eating here and I enjoy the sip club benefits a lot! I'd say it's extremely worth it

Always seem to be waiting in line….they need to hire more people or come up with a new process for taking orders. Second time I ended up just walking out. The people they have are friendly just not enough of them i guess

After abandoning Panera more than a few years ago after they changed their menu and their quality seem to fall off I decided to give it a shot today. I was in early before the lunch rush around 11:30... Super SLOW.... Unit was not busy with customers waiting but took forever for my sandwich. My Italiano sandwich was ok.. not bad.. Going forward - Panera wouldn't be first choice for lunch but would be open to it as an alternative option. Update: Second visit 4/2 for breakfast. Same.. SLOW... After breakfast rush at 10:00. Tables dirty with crumbs etc, plates stacked a foot high at the trash stations. I dont know how you could work any slower here.

The new Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack was very good, not what I expected to get here it had great flavor and was a good size, also to top it off it was under $10 would definitely get again , the Bacon Mac And Cheese was ok nothing to write home about definitely not the worst and definitely not the best, the bad of the whole experience would be the price on a larg drink it was almost $3.50 witch i thought was very high for a fountain drink, as to the service I ordered in app and it was ready when I got there, the place looked nice and clean also
