Called in an order of two stuffed crust pizzas…1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Got 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. Disappointed that i didn’t check before i left the store with them.

Food was okay. Really bad service. I would advise to go 10 mins later coz the food won't be ready. Short staff working there. Wings were chewy and cold.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered several hours ahead and scheduled the delivery. It was 40 minutes past when it was supposed to come. Called the store after it was 25 minutes late, was on hold for a long time, they said the driver left a long time ago. Then when I said "So our food has been sitting over half an hour and will be cold." they insisted it wouldn't be cold. It was luke warm when it finally came. I asked if they could do anything customer service-wise. He put me on hold a long time again. Finally told me if I called in my order next time, it would be 50% off if I said he said it would. I highly doubt that is the case. When it finally arrived, it was missing several items. (Several sauces and spice packets) I am just frustrated. I don't recommend this location at all. If you do, maybe try pick up. Maybe that would work out better because you could check it there and they could give you what you were missing.

I was on the way to pick up my pizza. My truck knock off call the tow. SO, then I called Papa John's, manager and explained what happen he went out of his way to send my pizza to me. I really do appreciate the manager kindness at Papa John's a Bigg shout out

The pizza has gone down hill at this location i took the app off my phone and that's with the papa buck I just got. Half the pizza dough was was nice and the other half didn't even rise clearly they saw my pizza when it came out the oven but they clearly thought it would be ok to serve it to me anyways the bacon cheese bread was lacking cheese and also very hard never had that so do not know what the quality is suppose to be all I could say is I didn't like it I've been eating at papa john since I was a kid and the quality has gone way down and the prices are up dont mind paying the higher price the quality is lacking i had to endure mistake after mistake one night it took almost two hours and got someone else's order 30 wing with hot sauce poured all over it and i order pizza only they just refunded money and i had to find something else to have for dinner I'm just over time to start exploring other pizza places in the area

A friend visit the location today to get pizza for us however was met but rude front desk worker. However he Ms. Boy said his name was Bella and he’s the manager. I’m confused, why would anyone want that type of attitude to be representing the face of their company when walking into that establishment. If you’re looking to have an attitude, maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service where you’re working with people directly it’s just ugly

Horrible! I called on 7/30 about an order I was placing on 8/1 the manager Bella said he was by himself and asked me to call back! On 7/31 I pre ordered an order for 8/1 @ 11:15 am! The manager was so unprofessional when I called and said he had orders much bigger than mine and couldn’t guarantee delivery around the requested time! The manager is so unreliable unprofessional and just ew! He couldn’t even say the order would be ready and I had to get someone to pick them up as this order is for a pre school! I didn’t get a tip refund or any compensation for the inconvenience! To make matters worse manager said he wouldn’t even have a driver until 12:30 and couldn’t give the the corporate number when requested! The reviews are real don’t go to this location

I was alerted via the app that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up, the guy couldn’t find my order and went back to talk to another worker. Then he came back and said my breadsticks weren’t ready yet and they were still in the oven. I watched 10 other people walk in and out. After 10 minutes I asked what was up and why the app said it was ready if it wasn’t. I was told their ovens were backed up. I waited another 10 minutes. I asked one more time and was told it’d be 3 minutes and then waited again. I then overheard the workers say “that lady has been waiting 20+ minutes, we forgot to make the breadsticks”. Being backed up is one thing but don’t mark it as done on the app and definitely do not lie about what happened. I wasn’t offered a discount, a refund, an apology or anything, just lies!

I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE . I’m a former manager from another pizza place . I gave this place three tries before reporting them . The third time was the last straw for me . They brung my food cold .im literally 4 minutes away from them . It does not make sense why a driver is passing me to go somewhere . Instead of taking a route so simple . My food I couldn’t even enjoy it or finish it because it was literally some cardboard at the bottom . I ask to speak to the gm . The guy or women , says they are the manger . You are the manager sending food like this out ? Oh no , imagine what they do behind close doors . This place is not safe for your health !!! Please go somewhere else if I can give it 0 Stars I would !! SAVE UR MONEY I SPENT $40 on nonsense

I ordered delivery for me and my son around 8:45 with an ETD of 9:40 - 9:50. Our delivery came at 10:45. Not only was the pizza cold and not what I ordered (we got thin crust, not original crust) I had to tell the delivery driver the 2-litre he claimed I didn't order was sitting on the seat of his car and I could see it because he left the door open. Then he had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I told him he needed to get it and bring it to my door!

I called the store but never got transferred to the manager on duty...just kept getting hung up on.

Lesson: It cost me about $40 to know I won't ever order Papa Johns again!
