Papa bowls are scams. The box is big but there was 0 pasta in my bowl and I could not deep in my spoon because the deep of the food inside is 1 inch. I don’t think I’ll try them again.

I wish I could give zero stars for my interaction , literally the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life with anyone and I’ve been in customer service for ten years . I ordered a pizza online thinking I would have an easy night with my family , I get alerted my order was ready so I get to the shop and my husband goes in to pick up the food and the manager is asking him for the last name on the order once he tells her she started fumbling around in the kitchen checking , I see this from the car and go inside and she comes back and says can you show me your order so I pull it up and she goes back to the kitchen so I’m like what is going on she’s like I think one of the drivers took it very rude and disrespectful no I’m sorry or anything she then says I can have it made in five minutes well you missed the point it should be here and instead of rumbling through the kitchen once you noticed it wasn’t there the appropriate response would’ve been “I’m sorry let me take care of that for you “ she said my money will be refunded in three days no receipt or anything until I asked for one . This is why I eat and cook at home . There is no humility in customer service anymore . The night time manager is definitely to young to be a manager and immature . People patronizing the restaurant pay your bills how dare you treat me like nothing . I’ll never go to another papa John’s EVER . Worst experience ever . I’ll keep my hard earned money in my wallet not at nasty disrespectful unworthy business . Zero stars!!!!!!!!

Wow. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I've had Papa John's before and this was just terrible. Bland cardboard crust, flavorless meat. Will definitely never order again.

takeout from here for years. yesterday, the pizza was disgusting. barely any cheese or sauce and it was dry and just flavorless. no idea whats going on or how that even happens.
Sad to see how far papa johns has fallen. I could have made a better pizza myself at home in the microwave...no lie. Waste of my 25$. This is my favorite location but it could be a corporate thing also but papa is trash now

Super disappointed with a $25 delivery today. I was outraged when I opened the box to see the cheese, sauce and toppings didn't come within an inch of the crust edge. It was sloppily made. I drove back to the location and got a refund. I tipped the driver because he shouldn't have to miss out. It was 102° today. I was trying to avoid going out but this was unacceptable. So unacceptable I drove the delivered pizza back to the store myself. I didn't order crust. I ordered a pizza.

Ordered cheesticks thru doordash. Ordered a nacho cheese sauce along with pizza but she gave me 2 pizzas cups instead. No real big deal but still. Otherwise no issues. Smashed it in like 10 mins
