Great sandwich shop.
Great personnel, friendly and professional.
This was the busiest I've ever seen it, but the customer service was great, as usual, and orders were rolling out on after the other. All our food was yummy.
Got lunch on a Friday at about 11:30 AM, no real line. The counter girl was friendly. Customers were nice. The food, I got a Reuben. Nice amount of meat, juicy and just perfect. Highly recommend.
Amazing subs and fries. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. Food is fresh.
Best milkshakes, good sandwiches and low key. It can get really hectic but the wait is never too long.
Very quick service. Great food and shakes.

We saw a sign on the highway for Pepperjacks Subs. We thought why not, sounds good. We went. Loved the charm of the place. Went in and there were a bunch of people ordering ice cream. But it went fast. We got two subs. One Cuban, one with roast beef. Then my husband said a bucket of fries, I did say, let's try to share the regular. Good thing we did! The regular is an overflowing cup in the bag! We got a strawberry shake and a peanut butter explosion one. We sat inside, at a table by a window. I saw houses across the street, and said "it would be dangerous for me to live there" knowing this place was across the street! We loved it! I was taking snap chats of the place and sending them to my grown kids, saying we are going to come here again, that I don't have any pics on my phone to share. HERE IS THE BEST PART the service. I left my purse there. I was super distracted by some news. Then an employee Megan. Took time to post this on Howard County Eats. And keep it safe. I know a ton of people in Ho Co, and they texted me, my husband, and my kids. She took her time, to keep it safe, and let me know. (My number is no where in my purse I realize). So thank you for good food, good service, the other patrons in the restaurant seem to go there often and were very friendly, and we are big fans!

Excellent food, if a little pricier than other sandwich shops. Fries were amazing. If you get the bucket, better make sure you have a couple of friends with you as it's massive.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, took a bite, now I feel sorry for the chicken that died. Absolutely no flavor, cardboard tastes better, and for 10 dollars a sub you’d think there would be a little more care into the food but guess not

“Special of the day” - Cubano sandwich was just average. Nice history and vintage feel to the place but front area to order was cramped and prices seemed high

First time here and it was delicious! I got a make your own with Swiss and Turkey on whole grain with all the toppings and the boardwalk fries. Everything tasted fresh and was made well. Much better than Panera/subway imo. Will definitely be back to try the milkshakes next!
