Did a carryout for four persons this afternoon. Unfortunately one honey butter chicken sandwich had two large pieces of hair. I called to get a credit and offered to send picture of the item. She would only do it if I drive back to the store with the sandwich. It wasn't worth driving the distance for the credit.
Anyway it's unacceptable to have poor hygienic conditions and not taking responsibility for it.
Furthermore, the sandwich itself has less meat than before. It used to have thick filet of chicken breast and is now replaced with two pieces of chicken strips.

Ordered tacos, tender salad, quarter dark chicken, spicy rice and ice cream off of DoorDash as pickup. The food DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. The ice cream sundae on DoorDash is a soft serve; what I got was a freezer burnt, grocery store quality ice cream with an oreo in it. I pointed this out before even taking the ice cream and they refused to refund. Chicken tender salad also looked nothing like the pictures. As for food quality, chicken was pretty dry. Spicy rice was the best thing in the order. Funny this place is called peri peri because when my partner started digging into his peri peri chicken, he asked where the peri peri sauce was.

This place is so underrated. I usually go for the chicken sandwich which is delicious but they recently added fried chicken options to the menu and the chicken is sooo juicy. 10/10
