My family stopped at PHO 5UP for pho and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was flavorful, portions were generous, and everything tasted so fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We’ll definitely be coming back!

edit...as i was reading other 1 star reviews it seems the short bald guy is pushing many customers away...this guy is a cancer to your location and business 1000 percent!
there is one particular guy there that has no concept of hospitality in a service industry...the food is so good i forgot about how rude this person is just to be reminded again today when walked in the door at 10 46 thinking it was 11 already to be told they dont open until 11 and basically to get out. for real buddy! 4 minutes. thats fine tell your owner you fully alienated me from your entire brand NEVER getting my PhO money again! AnLoi in columbia worlds appart if you have to drive extra to get there its worth it

Rang up another customers order when I was paying I politely told him it wasn’t my order I he only gotten pho he snapped and said “DID I SAY THIS WAS YOUR ORDER!? IM RINGING UP A CUSTOMER” I left my order and didn’t pay bc I don’t believe in rewarding bad business

Ambiance was great and the service was fast. Our waiter was a bit short with us but I didn’t mind. I found a hair in my pho and they quickly replaced it (didn’t offer to make it free and I didn’t push for it). When I got up to pay I decided to not tip because of the hair issue (also noticed they don’t wear hair nets in the kitchen). The server told me I must have “forgotten” to give a tip and started going back and forth with me about it. Once he realized I wasn’t budging he just said “okay” and let it go.
The food was good but this interaction was weird. Probably won’t be going back as there are other places available. Please wear hair nets in your kitchen!
