I ordered online for lunch. I got the veggie wrap and calamari. I received leftovers from either yesterday or whenever they packed it up. Maybe if I would’ve sat inside my experience would’ve been better. The only hot item was the broth. But again there’s always a microwave. I cook for a living.

Their customer service is the worse. They are so mean. I left them a $8tip on an order of $22 for one person. The gentleman gave me back the money and said YOU CAN KEEP IT. Then called back 5weeks later to place an order they were mean saying they couldn’t take a card over the phone. Wouldn’t let me speak. NEVER again would I return here. Their food is not all that. I moved to a different restaurant in Columbia AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! That restaurant is call: PhoLacay in Columbia.

The food is okay, but the customer service is terrible. One staff member, in particular, is consistently rude and disrespectful, which has ruined my dining experience multiple times. Because of him, I won’t be returning. If you value good customer service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

Food is really good I love pho , but this place is so unprofessional and rude . The Pho 5up in crofton is much better. Here they come to your table rushing you to order , very short conversation and Sam the waters at the table . They harassed my boyfriend and family for a tip and was yelling in the restaurant about how they work off tips and need to be tipped . I am a server myself and only good servers get tips not on that just slams food & drinks on the table and says nothing. I will never go here again

The staff here is sooo sweet and hard working! They are time efficient and get food out to you SPEEDY FAST! The food is always delicious and hits the spot.
Not great pho, but not bad either. Broth lacks that meaty umami punch to it. They only have 1 size, which is basically a regular at any other pho place. But the price is the same if you were to get a large somewhere else. Also their siracha and hoison bottles were very sticky, had to wipe it down myself. Decent backup place to go to if your regular pho place is closed.

Very horrible establishment, everyone inside was rude. No customer service at all. Was my first time ever trying Pho. I asked a young man what kind of drink would he recommend, he stated “whatever you want”. After I ordered, no one ever came to check and ask how was anything instead went to every other table. So I decided to leave because I will not spend my money where I am not appreciated. Only the summer rolls were touched, nothing else. I stated I will pay for them that’s it. He then yelled at me telling me to sit down because I am responsible for my food. I told him I will not go back and forth with him I would like to pay for what I did eat. He continued harassing me, yelling forcing me to sit. As 3 minutes went by he then called his manager to try to cancel the order. I paid, and as I was leaving continued to harass.
