I had a good experience at pho Kevin. The restaurant is relatively clean, not crowded. Service was quick and friendly. Although the broth had a stronger flavor than I’m used to, the noodles were cooked to perfection and the steak in the soup was good. The pho tai bowl (#2) was an 8/10 for me. My 10/10 is still pho Saigon in Catonsville.

I was excited about trying this place. Got in and the damn man was so rude and dismissive. A couple with a lighter skin tone got a smile and energetic demeanor. I got rushed and waved off. I don’t even think anyone was coming out until the white couple crossed the threshold. This man kept talking about well done steak. I don’t even eat beef. I left. I wasn’t going to get quality service. This is the second PHO spot I’ve been to where black people get treated like trash. Guess it’ll be Panera tonight 🤦🏾♀️

This place was very good from start to finish. The pho was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great pho and great service.

We have tried several pho places in the area over the years, but we keep coming back to Pho Kevin as the best in the area. Certainly worth the extra drive for us. The taste is authentic and traditional. My personal recommendation is the egg rolls as an appetizer and pho tai.

I came here with my daughter for the first time today. I was in the Laurel area on my day off and i’m usually picky with my pho spots since I usually go to my same one in rockville but I was far and hungry. Service was great. The broth from the soup was a little bland but once you add the lime, chili sauce and sriracha it tastes better. I did see what it seemed like an orange hair on my soup but I didn’t want to make a scene. So I just took it out. This looks family owned. Very good customer service. Inside looks a bit outdated but overall I think I won’t be back. That hair on my soup threw me off.. plus I’m sick so I was really relying on this soup to help me make me feel better better. I ordered large regular chicken pho.
AMAZING!!! Every time I come here, I get the #6 pho (large or regular depending on my hunger) and a glass of water. Sometimes I get thai iced tea with my husband. The pho is so good that I come back every week or so for a self date. The service is always great, very kind and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the healthy sized portions. God bless Pho Kevin, I would rate it 15 stars if I could.

First off I must say the service is very good - the staff is polite and respectful and I feel that is why I keep ordering from this place. The food quality is really going down. I order the shrimp lo mien and the combo fried rice and the shrimp are the size of sea monkeys - this is just disrespectful base on the price of the meal. I specifically said I do not care for the tiny shrimp and even order extra shrimp. This is just plain disrespectful. This is the very last time I am ordering from this place.
