I love Vietnamese food. Near my work in Columbia there are quite a few Vietnamese restaurants. They are all pretty good. This one is a little distant from my work. However their food is tastier than the others. Most distinctively is no msg after taste. So I assume they do use the real cooked broth. The service is very nice too. What I ordered today was wonderful. I did ask for extra rice paper and that makes everything complete. I made my own rolls. The dipping sauce (nước mắm) was done well and helped to tie everything together nicely.
The waitress was nice and respectful. Love seeing her buzzing around the place, serving her customers without complaint. Nice to see young generations work hard.

I went on their second week open and the place was packed and the line was out the door. I ordered pho and their chicken wings. The pho is very good, not great. The wings are unreal! My order took over 40 minutes though. I plan on returning to see how things are going when they are not as busy
