I ordered a middle cheese pizza November 2,2024 on the app waited 15 mins before I came into get the pizza, came in saw two people say there name and received their pizza they told me they gave mine away and made me a new one said I would wait ten mins before I could receive mine, I then wait 15 mins and watch 5 people watch in and say there name and the worker go get there food and come back.

Update (10/08): I had a guy reach out to me after I left my first review stating it had no sauce. He gave me a credit and told me I could use it for my next visit, he was apologetic & told me the ny style is that way & suggested hand toss for my next visit. I called today & was told yes I could order online & pay in store to use my credit, which I did. Upon walking in the restaurant immediately I noticed it smelled like an outside porter potty! , I got my pizza, & headed home. Iām eating the pizza & on my 3rd slice as Iām biting/chewing i smell & taste all within secs something old & sour. I immediately spit it out, and Iām gagging! I call the restaurant immediately & the first guy sighs , & puts me on hold. A woman picks up & I tell her āI do not want a credit, I do not want another pizza , I would just like my money back bc this is the 2nd time Iāve had a issue with this location ā , I also stated that āI work in the food & hospitality industry so I know that whomever made the pizza smelled & most likely saw the old sour ingredients that were used & still put it in the oven & served it!ā. The manager says āyeah well I havenāt had any other complaints, and this is your 2nd time ! You said the same thing the first time, and this time u said u wanted extra sauceā TWO LIES WITHIN SECS! I said āexcuse me first that wasnāt my complaint the first time, I spoke with a man not you, and this time I ordered online I didnāt speak to anyone so thatās a lieā I guess she assumed I called the order in bc the first guy said normally for credits you can not order online but he did it bc I told him the women told me I could. So she literally LIED! Was NOT apologetic, rude, unprofessional, and tacky! I will be contacting someone & especially if I throw up or feel sick I will be suing! That lady needs to be fired! If I ordered a pizza the first time that was sour & old why in the world would I order from them again!!!!! Like please go play with someone else! I can not believe how tacky she was! Her attitude was as nasty as the pizza & how the restaurant smelled! Disgusting
