The lady at the cashier was rude and i ordered wings and she gave me no dressing and when i asked she tried charging me $1.50 for a small container cup of ranch when i purchased wings to begin with. If she would’ve told me the wings do not come with any dressing I would’ve added it before i paid.

I placed an order, but my wings were uncooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they told me to bring them back. I mentioned that I had eaten some before realizing they were undercooked, and they said they couldn’t make the change anymore. Door dash apparently delivers Pizza Hut now and they stole my pizza. I call the store and there is music blasting in the background like it’s a club. Very unprofessional. If you take your chances, only order with cash! That way they can’t steal food or get a tip.

My first time purchasing a pizza from here. I'm from Fl and I must say with all sincerity that this was one of the best pizzas I've ever in had period! It was piping hot and didn't even have place it in the microwave. The taste was excellent and one of the few times in life where i could acutally eat and enjoy the crust. I will place another order before heading back to FL. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.
Highly wouldn't recommend it since the manager was trying to fight and left his area of the workplace to fight us literally.

I’ve been living in Laurel since November of 2024 and I cannot tell you all how many times I’ve supported Pizza Hut. The food is always good so when I received this particular order, it was all wrong. It didn’t have on it what I ordered, there was barely any sauce on the pizza and it was overcooked. My fiancée spoke with the manager there at the time and he assured us that he would rectify the situation by replacing it with a freshly made pizza. We went to Pizza Hut the next day with the receipt as well as pictures showing the horrible pizza that was delivered and explained to the guy taking orders. He went to the kitchen and briefly spoke to a woman cook, came back out and said that she wouldn’t remake the pizza and that we got what we ordered. I am so highly disappointed. Especially because I have been a major supporter in that business for several months and have spent hundreds of dollars. Never again! Check these pictures out.
