This is the worst Pizza Hut in Laurel, very unprofessional very slow very inconsiderate. Please don’t go there.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. The order took far longer than the estimated time, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was barely warm and looked like it had been thrown together in a rush and it looked like the pizza was from yesterday the flavor was disgusting the sauce taste rotten. The crust was chewy instead of crisp, the toppings were sparse, and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted.
To make matters worse, the customer service didn’t help much—when I called to ask about the delay, I was put on hold for several minutes and given a very vague response. For the price, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t live up to what I thought Pizza Hut stood for. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I did not like this location. The service was less than subpar. I ordered wings and he forgot the sauce. It just wasn't what I'm used to when dealing with pizza hut.

I called the store because my pizza wasn’t correct. They were giant pieces of ham when I had selected bacon so I called the store and I had left the manager now along with that. The pizza wasn’t cut at all and then when telling her she wanted to say that she made the pizza And I asked her if she could remake it because it wasn’t cut, and there were giant pieces of ham she had another pizza made, and sent back out to my house since I did delivery however she made the pizza exactly the same way and barely cut it again the second time Thank God the delivery guy was pretty cool. The delivery guy was chill about the entire situation, but I guess I shouldn’t of asked the manager to make my food, right

The place was empty. I ate in, the place was not very clean. The tables were dirty and debris on the floor Cashier was not able to give me points for my purchase.

The manager doesn't like to give out condiments. He states one napkin per order. He also says ketchup does not belong on pizza so he refuses to give it out. He constantly argues with every customer. I had to wait on a pizza that I ordered online. I waited waited and when I asked my order hadn't been taken, only taken from my account. He told me life happens, so just order another people. While I was waiting for my NEW order, I constantly observed him arguing with several customers about napkins in such things and he was the expeditor and the cashier, he never changed his gloves from doing both jobs. A customer asked him about it, and he stated he was to busy to change his gloves evertime. I would not recommend this place to pizza who have kids, as his attitude was negative and hurtful.
