Really, I have stopped going ever since they added the kiosk ordering stations. Previously, you could get an okay pizza with the toppings for $13 but now you have to pay for anything you add ($0.75-$1.50 ea). It’s just not worth paying ~$20 for a mediocre schmedium pizza.

I came here with my whole family at 9:45pm. Their website says they close at 11:00pm, but you can’t seat and eat there at 9:45 because they are cleaning and the chairs all put together. You should fix your hours or be especific on the times people can come in and have a good time.

One of the better pizza spots in Maryland. The real kicker is that the ingredients are great and it was $12. The garlic knots are amazing and great to share with friends. The only thing is that for some reason now they removed seating for order kiosks even though this is more of a subway-esque "build your own" restaurant. And I don't remember if it was always like this, but toppings are now extra per topping. Still great food but they changed.
Vegetarian options: Vegan bread knots but not dough I think

Upon entry, I asked the cashier (Latino male, late teens, early 20s) about the status of my order and received a very curt "No".
After waiting for 20 minutes, I insisted that the same cashier check to see if my order was in the warmer and it was. Rather than apologizing for his error, he became very defensive and tried to convince me that the order had been there for an hour. This is impossible, since I placed the order at 3:13p and arrived at 3:35p for pickup. Because of his ineptitude, I did not leave the store until after 3:50p.
This experience is unacceptable and represents the SECOND poor experience (at 2 different locations) I've at at &pizza. Worse yet, I have heard NOTHING from &pizza leadership. Very disappointing!
You really need to determine how you might improve the training of your employees or you will lose a loyal customer.

Pizza was good but restaurant was dirty. Tables weren't wiped down and the bathrooms needed toilet paper and were pretty gross.

We've ordered several times via DoorDash and they send the wrong pizzas or they fail to include the paid-for extras like the $2.68 ranch dipping sauce. This time my pizza box was labeled Maverick but the pizza inside the box was a custom made pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. It wasn't even close to being the correct pizza. I've now blacklisted this place from the list of places we will order from for work provided lunches. Clearly they don't care nor pay attention to what they are doing and of course we have DoorDash in the middle (company paid for, not my choice) so getting issues resolved are impossible. What a disaster!

Food came out 25 minutes after it was supposed to. I was the only one at the restaurant and the only order it seems. Took me 15 minutes to drive there. What were they doing all that time? Sucks when I came to pick up and have to be back at work at a certain time.

Just came out horrible and ghetto. Two male employees cussing and yelling. One I believe was the Manger. Just came from outside and then come on to make pizza.
With the implementation of the ordering screens, service has gone down. The past few visits, my order was incorrect, despite it being straightforward. They were also out of condiment cups twice. It would be a shame to have one less restaurant with vegan options over fixable issues.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered the cinna-knots via doordash and they were delivered to me burnt! These should have never left the restaurant. They didn't even add a drizzle or provide the dipping sauce. The person who's responsible for this know they are wrong and should have remade these!

Placed order at kiosk and paid only to watch people walk in after my order was placed, proceed to order at the counter, and receive their food first. Then one of the orders was made incorrectly and did not come with the sauce. The tables were dirty and there were no napkins at all. While the pizza was ok the service and condition of the establishment left a lot to be desired.
