i have been a customer at this location since i moved here and 9/10 times my order is wrong and/or missing more than one item. which is unfortunate because i do enjoy the pizza but its getting to the point where id rather order from anywhere else so i can get what i actually am paying for.

Ordered two pizzas, drove 20 minutes home and both pizzas were missing toppings and the boxes were labeled wrong. The one with vegan cheese was labeled as the one with regular mozzarella cheese and vice versa. I have a dairy allergy so I couldn’t take that chance in guessing if the pizza is wrong or the box was labeled wrong. So I had to bring the pizza back (another 20 minutes) just to be told “your order isn’t wrong we just ran out of those toppings”. Wouldn’t that be something you let the customer know up front ? I had to demand that my pizzas get remade Pizzas are now cold and I was not taking a chance with eating the mozzarella with a dairy allergy. Then had to end up waiting a while. Just a bad experience overall. Would not recommend this location.

I’ve been to other &pizza locations and usually have a good experience, but this one missed the mark. When I walked in, the staff didn’t greet me or offer any help , just pointed and said, “order over there.” No one made an effort to interact, and the whole place felt unwelcoming.

My recent experience was really disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. We greeted the staff, but they just stared at us like we were bothering them. No hello, no welcome—just blank looks.
When we went down to the order counter, the person working there didn’t even acknowledge us for the first couple of minutes. Eventually, someone in the back pointed us to the kiosk to order. I usually like ordering with a staff member to make sure everything is correct because countless times my order is wrong through the kiosk/app.
The overall vibe was just negative and unwelcoming. We barely interacted with anyone, and while that’s not expected, the attitude and energy from the staff made it a weird experience.

Hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time! & Pizza exceeded my expectations in every way. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the service was top-notch. Multiple times they have gotten my order wrong. They made my pizza extremely spicy once after asking for no spicy sauce. They forgot to add the extra frosting I paid extra for and another time they forgot to add: goat cheese, arugula and balsamic glaze to my pizza... I mean come on.

They were closed before midnight; arrived at 11:15p and was told the ran out of dough. 6/21
The food is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The place was extremely cold, and the music was just a bit too loud, which made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. They don’t allow you to place orders with a staff member—you have to use a tablet. Unfortunately, the tablet kept restarting, and I had to re-enter my order three times, which was really frustrating. Sometimes people just want the option to order in person. On top of that, there were too many teenagers working, more focused on flirting and goofing off than actually helping customers. Definitely needs better management and customer service.

Really, I have stopped going ever since they added the kiosk ordering stations. Previously, you could get an okay pizza with the toppings for $13 but now you have to pay for anything you add ($0.75-$1.50 ea). It’s just not worth paying ~$20 for a mediocre schmedium pizza.

I came here with my whole family at 9:45pm. Their website says they close at 11:00pm, but you can’t seat and eat there at 9:45 because they are cleaning and the chairs all put together. You should fix your hours or be especific on the times people can come in and have a good time.
