My husband and I visit the Laurel MD location often. We love &Pizza. Tonight we were very disappointed to find the food prep stations messy and dirty. Our pizza was not prepared with the usual care we have become accustomed to. We requested 2 sauces for our garlic knots and one of them barely had a drop of sauce in it. One of the employees rolled a trash can through the restaurant while we were waiting for our food. It was just not a great experience for us. I couldn't help but notice that all of the employees were teenage boys.. and I'm true teenage boy fashion they just did not seem to care. Hopefully someone will take notice of this and correct the problem.

My recent experience at &pizza not much to be desired. As I approached the counter and requested garlic knots to pour hot honey on top, I was met with a flat-out refusal, with the Hispanic employee citing a supposed policy against it. This struck me as odd, considering I've ordered the same thing before without any issues.Futhermore the guy who was making the pizza was slow as Hell. I waited 20 mins just to get garlic knots. Also the guy was using dirty pans to put my garlic knots on that’s consider cross contamination very nasty. I ask him to please do not put my knots on the dirty pans. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow, despite a long line of over 13 people. I couldn't help but notice two employees seemingly relaxing in the back instead of assisting with the orders. Needless to say, the lack of efficiency and hospitality was disappointing. The customer suck and it dirty in the store it’s not clean. In the future, I'll be taking my business to the &pizza location on H Street, where I've had much better experiences with their customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this particular location.

Staff seem less welcoming, and toppings are often skimped on, making it feel like a hassle to request more. Additionally, mistakes are made without acknowledgment or apology, although they are quickly rectified. This location's customer service fell short, mirroring a broader trend. Despite this, the pizza itself was excellent; they just need to focus more on customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.

Been coming here since they opened because I like their product concept and location. Order in the app, get freebies and discounts, plus the estimated time for your pizzas to be finished is fairly accurate.I usually get a Maverick (pepperoni & fresh mozzarella). Photo shows half a Maverick and half a Don’t Sub Me In (‘shroons, sautéed onion, meatballs peppers), we ate the other halves.I do believe the boxes and pizzas have gotten shorter and prices higher, unfortunately it’s the times we live in and if it really bugged me, I’d go elsewhere.Parking: &Pizza is at end of small shopping strip in front of Target (with tax company, Rita’s Ice & Chipotle) with entrance by Chipotle. Finding parking in the little lot can be difficult if Chipotle is hopping or people are lined up at Rita’s. So if coming at dinner grab the first spot you find as getting stuck at the end can be tricky turning around.

Upon arriving at 10:40 the attitude of the staff inside was horrible. If the establishment closes at 11:00 why have an attitude at 10:40. The Spanish girl who prepared my pizza said if I wanted extra cheese it would be an additional charge of 1.29…I’m not understanding the charge! I will be contacting
Good luck getting your food. Mine was never delivered and I had to go to the store. They said it wasn’t their problem. One of the so-called managers, Alexia, was extremely rude. The general manager, Steven, was also somewhat rude. Horrible experience.

My experience with &Pizza at this location is alright. I can usually get a pretty good pizza with whatever toppings I’d like. I order online the most, but when I don’t always get all of my toppings. I was missing spinach and basil . Plus, the chicken tasted a bit off. This may be a place I’ll have to only order from in person to ensure I get what I requested.

Despite placing an order for a pizza and politely requesting additional cheese from the employee named Stephen, I was met with appalling rudeness and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.Stephen, the staff member on duty, not only neglected to add the extra cheese as requested but also had the audacity to blame me for his oversight, insisting that I should have mentioned it earlier. His lack of professionalism and abrasive attitude were utterly unacceptable.As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, neither of which were demonstrated during my interaction with Stephen.It's disheartening to encounter such poor service in an establishment that prides itself on hospitality. I strongly advise against dining at &pizza until they address their glaring issues with staff training and customer care.

This location has good food like all the other in the chain. The problem here is that the interior finishes are a little old and the place was not 100% clean. There was almost no one there while I visited but the two guys behind the counter, did a good job of filling my order quickly and accurately. The soda machine was a little bit outdated with not much selection like other locations I have visited. But the pizza was good.
