This is the best pollo campero location....Jose is the best, I don't know if he's the manager but he really shows great customer service and management skills ..also the staff ..Sandra is the sweetest lady ..she's so helpful and bilingual as well ..keep up the good work staff and managers ...food is amazing and fresh

Came in the store on 12-24-25 about 317pm I ask can I get a 12 piece roasted chicken the lady who took my order name was Sandra she told me it would be a 45min wait so I decided not to get the chicken until she opened up the warming case where they keep the chicken so I said it’s a 45min wait for that chicken she literally told me yes I just shook my head and left out I do understand it’s Christmas Eve lot of orders so ok I decided to go online see what the wait time was going be on there I declined I get back to my car my wife ask me did I get the chicken I told her everything I said I think that lady is raciest my wife is Spanish but she doesn’t look it I’m African American she goes in there right after me not even 5 minutes and get the chicken I was pissed because you don’t need people like that running your establishment I went in there ask to speak with a manager and I explained to her basically the manager was taking up for Sandra didnt appreciate the manager either so the manager says I will have a talk with her i highly doubt that so I said you know what I just take this up with corporate or bbb reason being is because I told the manager I had a issue with Sandra or Sondra on Easter this year so I told the manger how would you feel if you came in my store and you ordered something and I say we don’t have it or it’s a wait and then turn around and give it to the customer behind me won’t be coming back I will not recommend this store to none of my family friends whatsoever ever unless you the owner take action Laurel location

I had just gotten out of a doctors appointment on my way back to work so I only had a limited time. Their website says they open at 9 AM on Fridays. I went to open the door and it was locked then on their door at the location. It says they open at 10 on Fridays so I waited until it was 10 because there was only like 10 minutes left for it to be 10 o’clock in the morning then comes 10 I still waited another 5 minutes past 10. I go to the door and he still had it locked and then when they see me walk back to my car, they unlock the door
