I had just gotten out of a doctors appointment on my way back to work so I only had a limited time. Their website says they open at 9 AM on Fridays. I went to open the door and it was locked then on their door at the location. It says they open at 10 on Fridays so I waited until it was 10 because there was only like 10 minutes left for it to be 10 o’clock in the morning then comes 10 I still waited another 5 minutes past 10. I go to the door and he still had it locked and then when they see me walk back to my car, they unlock the door

It never fails, chicken's good, service and management terrible. How is it day after day, proper planning cannot be implemented by management so one doesn’t have to wait 15 to 30 mins for what is supposed to be fast food. No excuse. I hope another franchise can open up in Laurel.

Everything tastes like you were buying it in Central America, even the slaw. In other Pollos Camperos they don't make the salad well and the flavor is different but in this place they do.
