Don't use your popeyes app rewards here. The customer service is awful and when they scaned the points for a free meal. They took all the points and refused to provide me with the meal that was redeemed.

Always slow and usually doesn't have something. Never been here when they had sweet tea ever made. Not as fresh as the one down the street. Only go of you can't walk/drive to the other one. No one has been rude to me so far but the slow speed and inconsistency way out ways the positive.

From time to time I stop by this place for my chicken, but today I was really surprised. The service is better, my food is fresh and fast, I recommend it.

I got a 16 piece family meal deal and it came with one breast, one thigh and the rest were wings and legs. It was $42! There was only 4 Buscuits not 6. The customer service was rude. I will never go back to this Popeyes again.

Today I stopped by this store. It's VERY clean, the food is fresh, and the customer service is excellent. I really liked it.

Stopped on a drive to order take out. The person taking the order, after ordering a side of mashed potatoes, asked if the ordered spoke Spanish and so it proceeded in Spanish. I opened the bag to find a container of rice and beans instead of mashed potatoes as requested. One of the bathrooms was out of order.

This Popeyes will forever be slow. Coworkers in there yawning and mad vibes. There’s no movement in there or if it is, they moving real slow to get your food done

Mgr is extremely rude to African Americans. Always giving her own people extras such as sauces that should be included in the meal that you pay for, instead she claims you have to pay for more than one sauce. Reminder, when Hispanics order the exact same order they are not charged and are given extra sauces freely without having to ask or pay extra. I'm going to get a video next visit and send it to Popeyes Corporate Office. I'm tired of this lady picking and choosing. All money is the same. I've been patronizing this store long before this person started working here and tired of the mistreatment. Also she had a older man waiting on the side and all he wanted was ketchup for at least 10 minutes. Again this man was black and spoke kindly to her just as I did. There are no signs posted that say you are only allowed #1 sauce for your food. This is absolutely absurd. Will not support this store when she is there. To top it all off, her uniform was extremely dirty and unkempt, which should be her focus dealing with food and being a manager.
