The food is delicious, unfortunately the guy who answers the phone is so arrogant... "what do you want to order?" And it was today, November 3rd at 3:45pm. Check your cameras to see who answered the phone.
I mean, boy, they are paying you for your work, you don't give us food, we pay and your attitude is as if they have you working there by force. The owners should make surprise calls so they can see the way their people treat customers, otherwise they are going to lose customers.
And this goes for everyone who works in customer service, if you do not have the possibility of treating consumers kindly then look for another job because this branch is not for you and unfortunately your stress will increase due to not having the necessary patience to do this type of work.

I bought 3 beef soups and the truth is they gave me a soup that was spoiled. They had added water to the soup. The soup was not like the ones they put in the photos. If you don't have time to take an order, don't try to be miracles. Try to add more water to the soup. the truth is that food is disgusting

The location is busy on weekends and has a good parking lot. Not a kid friendly place because the waitress turned to Bulldog's face because we had an accident, and I guess she got mad. It's called accident nobody wants her to work more or she's not a mother. We came here with 5 kids under 6 years old, so things happen. Meanwhile, she's chit-chathing with her fellow salvadorian clients. The food was great. Our friend from New York loved the food. It's called customer services, so the waitress needs to be trained or she needs a new job. Because on the weekends was very crowded and the ladies were very attentive and my baby made a mess with food and we were treated with respect and we left generous tip because she earned.

The staff was friendly the food was so bad I will not return. No authentic Salvadorean flavor. Chicken soup tasted old and the tortillas looked like my 5 year old made them.

On Sunday 6/10/24 I went to Pupuseria Dona Azucena in Laurel. I ordered a meat and a tripe soup plus an order of cream and 2 empanadas. The waitress (Ada and Jenny) told her that I was ready to order and she told me that she couldn't take my order because they come in the order they arrive! The waitress took 50 minutes to bring my order to the table and it was not complete and I had to wait longer for the rest. During the time we were at the table, the waitress never came to ask if everything was okay. I asked both Ada and Jenny for the bill and neither of them brought me the bill. I went to the front to pay and Ada told me that Jenny the waitress has to give me the receipt. And finally he gave it to me. To make matters worse, he charged me for additional tortilla orders. If I had the option of zero stars that would be my rating.

The food is delicious, the pupusas are delicious, but I have a problem today, Sunday, October 6, 2024, the women's bathrooms are out of service and I had to change my daughter's diaper, I had to go into the men's bathroom, which is a Disgusting, it was dirty, apart from there was no paper to dry your hands or to clean yourself, please take this comment into account and fix the women's bathroom and keep the bathrooms clean.

Went to get pupusas and ordered variety to taste them all. They were really good hot. Not sure about their other food services but pupusas are really tasty.

Another Year (2024) and everything remains the same, I think next time they will serve soup with a plastic spoon in plastic plates ?. And for those prices they should have silverware ?.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order online, and when I tried to return it, they told me that they couldn't process refunds online. It's unbelievable that in 2024 they don't have a system for that! I was informed that the only way to get my money back was to go to the restaurant in person, and they would only refund me in cash. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially for those of us who rely on online ordering. They really need to update their system to be more modern and customer-friendly.

We ordered our food online and it said it would be ready in 30mins. However we waited and additional 40mins for pur food to come out. The cashier was nice but there was no urgency to getting me taken care of. I could been compensated with something but nothing was offered. Customer service should be better and pay attention to there customers when it's there fault that the order was not ready.
