The price that was paid for food they under impressed. The brisket and burnt ends was more fat then actual meat. The sides potato salad and BBQ baked beans lacked flavor this is a lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery. I should have returned the very small portions given.

went in to pick up food around lunchtime and was greeted at the podium a min later. He was a cheerful guy. Told me I could pay for my food at the bar. Saw the bartender (I believe his name was Tony) on his phone, and he looked as if I was bothering him when I said I wanted to pay for my food. The food used to be fantastic. The mac n cheese is flavorless and watery. Very disappointed in the food. I would rate the food 2 out of 10.

This was a favorite for us when we were stationed here 30 years ago. Just came back to the area and went for nostalgia's sake...we were not disappointed! This is Memphis Style, so Carolina and Texas folks may not find it to their liking. But if you came up on Memphis Style, you will feel right at home.

Red Hot and Blue catered my wife's memorial service on 24-Jan-26 at North Laurel Community Center. They arrived on time and quickly set up. The food and service were excellent. Many thanks to Alex (manager) and Maria (server). Would highly recommend for any future catering events.

We had the Brisket and sides however, we picked it up as we were driving toward the place but the food was cold when we picked it up.. The flavor was very good but the amount of food was a bit disappointing.

We used to eat here quite regularly but moved away. We were in the are and decided to try it out again. It was very disappointing. The inside has not been updated in 15+ years. Our food came quickly but barely saw our server after. The food was rather bland and dry. The potato salad and hush puppies were good. We will not be returning since other local BBQ places are much better.
