The place is closed
Being a long time customer. RL used to be one of kings of restaurant dinings to offer. But that was then. With increased prices and staff shortages this restaurant took a big hit. The staff is friendly for the most part , understaffing causes slower services. The crab Alfredo came went came and went again.
The create your own platter for two choosing jumped from $ 17 to a whopping $30+
Now this location, Columbia And Silver Spring locations also followed suit.
Bidenomics is real and painful to witness.

Just demolish the bldg it's done employees are horrible people that go there are horrible pointless existence
We were here on Sunday, May 5, 2024, and they made us wait almost two hours for them to bring us the food, and at the end, only the 10% discount, very bad,
Last time we went there, and the salmon was burnt, but because we were already upset, we didn't want to waste time to continue complaining!

On a Friday night, everywhere was dry, you could barely see cars at the parking lot. When we got to the sitting area, the table was obviously dirty, so I said to the stuff, "How do except us to seat here?" He quickly went to get a wet towel. This isn't the first time i have experienced this at this location, I have lived in laurel for over 10 years, so i know what I am saying. The management is really bad, you can try your luck.

I went to this Red Lobster in Laurel MD, and the experience wasn't too pleasant. The waitress placed the appetizer (crab dip) and drinks together. She bought the drinks, then took our order of entrees which consisted of three. After waiting for 45 MINUTES, another woman came out with the crab dip and entrees. The crab dip took entirely too long and should've come out before the food. When asked why the crab dip didn't come earlier, her response was shortage of cooks. Although she apologized, that to me is unacceptable. Also, two entrees were not ? hot enough, and had to be heated up again. Although the food was delicious, this was the worst experience I've had at this location. Even if there were shortages of cooks, this should have been addressed to my family, could've determined if we would stay. Poor management with getting workers is partially to blame. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon to this location.

Sabrina was great , I believe this place has gone DOWN HILL! This place is probably under staff just like the one in Silver Spring. Our FOOD was cold , lack of favor lack of care. GM Kenydra did approach our table to discuss our food. It’s wasn’t a great experience. Utterly disappointing.

The service is bad. The waiters see you walk in and don't attend you they made us wait like 15 minutes and never bothered to come up to us
Staff is slow and it is indicated by how slow their manager is. I called in for an order 40 min prior to arriving and it wasn’t ready… then when i asked for the manager I waited for an extra 20 min. Made me late for work because of their incompetence.I recommend not going here
