I get here 5:30am and a sign on the door closed until 6am. Thought it was 24 hours a day.terrible.

I went in and this has happened multiple times, the young girl with braids behind the counter is always on her phone and has no manners and is not polite at all. I can understand once but multiple times on different days is by far ridiculous. As a manager this is so unacceptable and during the holidays and in retail. I wouldn’t shop in there for anything.

Stopped there to get gas and cigarettes but there is no working restrooms. It really sucks to store hop looking for a restroom when already made purchase at one location

The staff making food is great. Out of western fries at the time? No problem. The girl "Indonesia" about requesting a bag for my order? The worst. The guy from the kitchen came and added it to my order, thanks! Her attitude was terrible, people have off nights but geez, I just want to pay and leave. Make it simple. Thanks

Gas pump (rewards) don't work, I tried 3... restrooms out of service, yes, I asked for the key, and coffee was messed up. ??
I'm a loyal ROFO traveling customer, will NEVER return to this location.
Did I mention the parking lot needing 2 be cleaned BADLY. This store needs a LOT of TLC

I stopped in ROFO for a quick breakfast sandwich and BOY WAS IT AMAZING!! I told the woman Christina I loved my bacon crispy and I hope I wasn’t asking for much, she said no worries I can make it however you like and she exceeded my expectation. That sandwich was expertly prepared, and the service was attentive and amazing. A true gem! Store 211 will now be my go to breakfast spot!! The sandwich was so good I came back later to thank her. I even tried to tip her and she said “No need to tip me it was my pleasure to make it” Now THATS customer service!! 10 out of 10 for Miss Christina! You need more people like her who enjoy what they do.

Every single food item I order here, every time, is prepared wrong because of lack of attention to the order as written. But the drinks are cold and the gas pumps work, so there’s that.

Stopped in around 3:10pm on Wed. 6/12, the two guys behind the chicken counter were awesome. Great communication, friendly and helpful. Let me know that the chicken was going to be 7 mins, told me to grab any drink while I waited and then while I was deciding which coffee blend to get one of them came over and told me which were his favorite blends and why. It's unfortunate that this location isn't that close to me or otherwise I'd make a point to come into this particular location anytime I needed Royal Farms. Best customer service that I've seen in a long time!

The manager, Gigi, told me that it is my fault that I didn't get my Mac and cheese that I paid for!!! That was nothing she could do for me. MAKE DOUBLE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE GIGI THE MANAGER WILL BLAME YOU FOR NOT CHECKING YOUR FOOD!!!!! My chicken was cooked too damn well done
