The cashier is a liar, she didn't want to give me the bathroom key when my wife literally went and used it and said she had lost it. Disgusting. People like you should be sleeping. Find something else to do, bitter.

The credit card at pump feature is unreliable, so you often have to walk inside. The receipt at pump is frequently out of paper, so you have to walk inside to get the receipt for the car wash. Very annoying for handicapped customers.

Stopped here for chicken while on my way from Point A to Point B. The chicken and the macaroni and cheese were delicious, hot, and ready. Neither disappointed. Five stars for the food all the way. However, I needed to ask the service manager if I needed to order through the screens or could I just order with him, and he had a difficult time answering me, so I defaulted to the screens. Fortunately, it all worked out. The staff emitted a low level hostility field, but it seemed so long as I kept my dealings with them light and breezy, everything would be okay. My hypothesis proved correct, and and the transaction was completed in peace.

I would like to note that I ordered the two pack of chocolate chip cookies, and what I received looked like something scraped off something else in error.

I hate to criticize, but :
# when you buy a car wash at the pump , you always have to see the cashier for the recipient.
# trash at the pump are always full.
# always no liquid at the pump to clean your car's windshield.
# bathroom is out of service most of the time and even when working , you got to get the key from the cashier.
# tire air pump is always out of service..
* the service and staff inside are good.
* the car wash is the only thing that makes me come again and again.
Conclusion: it's a management, not staff issue.

I think your employee needs to do a retraining on customer service. I let her know the restroom was unsatisfactory for customers to use. She just gave a stare like she was looking into my soul with hate, then the self checkout machine in front of me was asking for customer assistance. It wasn't me that called it was the customer in front of me. And she went to the other available self checkout, the lady came up to me and said, yes with attitude. I looked at her and said it wasn't me. She just looks like she was having a very hard time? I understand she may have been understaffed, or it may have been lunch because she was working both the. Registers and the food, but there's no need for the attitude. She should have just called out if she didn't want to work today

I will refuse to shop at royal farms from here on out because they can't stop the simplicity of a bag at a gas station. It's like you don't want business and one people to buy less because they knowing They don't have a bag to walk out with. That's a great way to stay in business, entice Your customers to spend less.

two months of coming in daily never once have they ran the blue mt dew slushie 2 months its utterly insane i would have bought a slushy every one of those days if the staff werent too lazy to start start it, its full just not turned on

Waited over 30 min for a gray batch of food to be made only to be given below par prices of chicken. I asked a question that was justified. For that the worker gave me the smaller piece of chicken. Very unprofessional and unfair. He was eating food at the counter while customers were waiting. This location has gotten worse with their overnight team members.

Whoever is the regional manager of these royal farm locations needs to be fired. Every single Royal Farms I step into is absolutely disgusting. How is this acceptable??? How do the employees use this restroom?? Oh yeah, they have their OWN while the paying customers have to suffer. Do better.

I went in and this has happened multiple times, the young girl with braids behind the counter is always on her phone and has no manners and is not polite at all. I can understand once but multiple times on different days is by far ridiculous. As a manager this is so unacceptable and during the holidays and in retail. I wouldn’t shop in there for anything.

Stopped there to get gas and cigarettes but there is no working restrooms. It really sucks to store hop looking for a restroom when already made purchase at one location

The staff making food is great. Out of western fries at the time? No problem. The girl "Indonesia" about requesting a bag for my order? The worst. The guy from the kitchen came and added it to my order, thanks! Her attitude was terrible, people have off nights but geez, I just want to pay and leave. Make it simple. Thanks
