Car wash is down without the sign being placed! Took my money! An employee was outside taking pictures. When I tried to alert her, she looked at me and completely ignored me! I love this royal farms but I’ll go to another one from now on! It’s not about the $14.00 I lost, it’s the customer service. As an HR manager, I’m disappointed!

Please do not waste your time nor your money, I purchased a 10 piece family meal I don't want to be unfair I was extremely disappointed with the chicken, it had absolutely no seasoning on it none at all not sure if they trying to save money. I don't know what the logic is behind not seasoning the chicken. It add insult the chicken was dry however they did toss in a free bottle of tea with the purchased.

Christina and her customer service is TOP TIER and all of her food taste like it’s made with love! Not only does she make great food she seems like a great asset to the team as I have observed her on multiple occasions wearing multiple hats within the store! Keep up the great work you have a loyal ROFO customer out of me. We need more people like Ms Christina in customer service who actually enjoy helping people.

The computer above the food where you order chickenis growing mold. I will not be back here at this unsanitary location. The health department should really take a look at the area they're serving food.

I don’t understand why customers give them such a hard time. We had to get refunded for our order because they we out of wings so we had to redo our order. They were very apologetic and prioritized our order even though the customers who came in after us started to complain when they didn’t even know the full story. They have great customer service. The only issue was that we waited around 30-40 mins but it’s because there were only two people on shift during rush hour. Please schedule more people to help them out because they deserve it.

I've been here a few times now and have come to have mixed feelings about it. Usually it is a quick stop to grab something and continue on my way. I'll be honest, Royal Farms is not my favorite gas station/convenience store combo to stop at. This one kind of fits nicely into the community fabric. Seamless entrance/exiting from this place. It was an easy task to do. Biggest downside here is walking in for just a quick second and then coming out as if you have been battered and fried. You literally will smell of grease for hours, if not days, after you leave here. It is not subtle at all. So, if you need to stop here, it is best that you make it the last stop on your trip. One visit I attempted to get a sweet tea here and was disappointed. Another visit I needed an item behind the counter. It's a bit annoying how the employees feel interrupted when you need an item from behind the counter. The self checkouts are a convenience, not a reason to avoid your job.
