The restaurant was filthy. The ladies' room was gross & disgusting. The lounge area was filthy. The tables were dirty, and the entire area was just not clean. The windows and doors were filthy. The service left much to be desired. We waited for our server then she finally came over and took the drink order and we did not get drinks for 20 minutes. Already had out salad and soup but the salad was watered, and the soup was cold. The chef was not very interactive. But the food he cooked was decent. Huge concerns about being sick the next day though. Plates were dirty. No refills for drinks for extended periods of time. The meal was very expensive. And the value left much to be desired. Inspectors need to close this place down. I honsetly do not know how they pass any kind of cleanliness inspection, and I cannot believe anyone returns here. I know I won't.

This place has been around for a long time and I must say the food is great and the service is pretty good too. They have a gem for real, and I don't know why they won't liven it up a bit, but hey, they're making do. The only negative th
ing I have to say is that "service fee" is added to the bill at the end of the night (they are the only location that does rhis) plus I still tip my server, but sheeesh and why no more sushi. Other than that it's always a good experience!

We were the only family there for a little bit, my nephews dinner wasn't on the big skillet because it was forgotten. I felt like we should have been informed about no fountain drinks. Handed the kids cans we all looked confused. If they wanted more would I have to pay again? My dishes from the appetizers never cleared the entire length of the dinner. I was disappointed that the sushi bar hadn't reopened. I'll give this visit a low 3. This has always been my favorite spot for Hibachi, no one looked happy when we walked in.
I hope you guys refresh the atmosphere and bring back the Sushi Bar. This area loves sushi, bring it back and your customers will come back

Used to be 5 Stars. They used to have sushi. They no longer have sushi. They no longer get 5 stars.

The food is ok but needs improvement. It's entertaining, but I was underwhelmed. The facility is old and needs an update.

Worst experience here. Place smells musty and nasty, was going to give it a try until we ordered and were told they have no ice. No ice and a choice between Diet Coke, ginger ale and orange soda for $1.50/each or $5.95 EACH for a bottle of water. Ate the salad and left!
Explains why the place is empty. Poor waitress, feel bad for her. Can’t make no money without customers.

This place, as of recent, has been going downhill. Food orders are almost always incorrect. The lack of professionalism and customer service is ever so prevalent. The restaurant looks deserted.

Great service and food. Ask for Dangit. Really, that’s his name. Or at least that’s what he says. But really, with him you get a great show and comedy for the night. You will enjoy your evening.

The food is good and the portions are huge. What I like the most is actually the clear mushroom soup that they serve before the entree. Their salad is also refreshing with tangy dressings. It was really a great hibachi experience! Recommended ??

Went here for dinner last night and I was fuming. My vegetables were raw and barely cooked. My shrimp and chicken was rubbery. The soup was also cold, and the salad was drenched with the ginger dressing so I didn't eat basically. With that said I asked to speak to the manager. They only took $7.00 off my $80 plus bill. I will never go back here again. The chef was funny, that was about IT.
