Will not return!! I stopped in because I was in the area, all I wanted was an order of pork chops no sides. The employee who rang me up confirmed I wanted one order and said an order was three (3) I held up 3 fingers to confirm and he said yes. When I got my order it was one pork chop. He brought over Marlo who told me pork chops were only sold single despite his employee telling me an order was 3. He told me each pork chop was $7 even though the meal with 3 pork chops and 2 sides is $16. He refused to correct the order and the mistake despite his employee telling me incorrect information. When I asked for a manager he told me she had just left and I would only be able to talk to him even though he was not a manager. How are you running an establishment with no manager on duty. The solution would’ve been to correct his employees wrong and give me the three pork chops I was told I would receive. He did refund me the amount paid but I will not return to this location. Train your employees better.

I recently dined at Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Oxon Hill, MD, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and warm, welcoming staff set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The star of the show, their signature Peruvian-style pollo a la brasa, was nothing short of perfection—juicy, tender chicken with a smoky, flavorful char that had me savoring every bite. The sides were equally impressive; the fried yuca was crispy and golden, and the arroz chaufa had just the right balance of savory goodness. I also tried their empanadas, which were flaky and packed with delicious filling. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. The service was impeccable—fast, friendly, and attentive, even during a busy evening. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with a casual yet lively vibe that makes it perfect for families, friends, or even a quick solo meal. Sardi’s has earned a well-deserved 5 stars, and I can’t wait to return for more of their mouthwatering Peruvian dishes

CHRIS IS AWESOME... I ORDER SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR FOR APPX 30-40 EMPLOYEES, ALWAYS HAS EVERYTHING IN ORDER FOR ME AND HELPS ME LOAD IT IN MY CAR TO TRANSPORT IT BACK THE SHOP , FABULOUS SERVICE AND FOOD :)

Great food, friendly service, clean environment. People who helped me were pretty awesome, and the food was delish!!

It was a little confusing on where / how to order as I saw people ordering "like Subway" but when I said I wanted the Salmon, was told to order at front register. 🤔 great salmon, and the green beans are addicting!

Also the music creates a cool ambiance, but is too loud for calling out names. Maybe give a pager or something ? Enjoy cool ambiance AND know when food is ready.

The food is not as good as before the chicken tastes old service is really good the guys at the counter are perfect but the girl at the register is either train to overcharge customers or doesn't know the prices I bought a whole chicken with 3 regular sides in the menu a whole chicken with 2 sides is 30 bucks and a regular side is like 5 bucks so add it ic comes to 35 plus taxes 37.10 around there and got charged 40.28 and the ticket says dine in even though it was take out I don't think it matters but there it is

I’ve been to this location multiple times and the food has always been good. However, I went there on 11/17 and purchased over $70 worth of chicken that was so salty and spoiled. The meat was obviously going bad, so they loaded with salt and some type of wine to mask the smell and taste. Sardi’s used to be a trusted spot and it’s sad that this location is taking such risk with the public health. I unfortunately could not drive back to the restaurant because we’re more than 30 minutes away. I called and asked for the manager, she apologized but says that I need to bring the food back to get fresh chicken. I couldn’t make the trip back with my small kids and ended waisting all that money. I hope management address this issue, because if it’s wrong to sell people spoiled meat.

I’ve been here multiple times and the food has always been great, but this time was even better because Alejandra took care of me. She was very kind when I was asking questions. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to get some delicious food and great customer service!

I’m currently in Sardis and the environment in this store is absolutely disgusting. I went to Sardis to eat and the trashcans were disgustedly fully, the ladies who work there were busy talking and the store was dirty. I wouldn’t like to continue coming with this sort of environment. The food is great, but today has gave me a different aspect.

I order a doordash and my food was rotten. bad chicken bad rice and I didn't care about triying the mash potato. so I guess in the restaurant is one thing, but the lazy butts get just garbage.
