Beautiful atmosphere! First floor one side is dining the other is the bar. The second floor is the club with bottle service and hookah. There is a rooftop lounge. I would recommend because the environment is classy, very laid back and authentic. Beautiful bar, well situated and easy to access.

was invited here for a first date on Sunday evening, 10/19/25 at 8:15pm. I ordered the goat stew, jollof rice, and plantain. Everything tasted like it had been re-cooked, left out, or overcooked — nothing was fresh! 😩 I sent back my goat stew because the meat was tough and stuck to the bone🍖. The replacement was just as tough, and even with a “better” butter knife (no steak knives available), I couldn’t cut through it. The plantain was so dry I sent it back and asked for mixed veggies instead — they brought a plate of mostly chopped 🧅, green 🫑, red 🌶️, and just five tiny cauliflower pieces. The jollof rice smelled burnt and had black bits in it. I didn’t send anything else back since it was a first date, but my date and I agreed — never again. 🚫

It’s nice to see a lovely African inspired restaurant in Laurel, Maryland! 🙌🏽💕 This restaurant is big. It has various places to dine and also smoke hookah. From the upper level deck area, to the lower level, the ambience was nice! Put it this way, there was no shortage of decor.
Everything we order was good from the menu. I love the Suya beef and the chicken wrap.! Oh it was so good! Our waitress Toyo was absolutely hands-on the first time I had gone there. I said first time because, I went there back to back.! 😂
I’m sure they’re still getting things together because it is still fairly new , but overall they’re doing their best to make sure that we have a wonderful restaurant to dine at in Laurel.
I do recommend that you go and check it out!👏🏽🎉💕

I don’t know if they fired the chef but the food is not the way it used to be. The mixed vegetables are old and so are the salmon bites. It seems like they are trying to save money and serve bad food as if the people won’t notice. The salmon bites look old and small. They are not fresh. They need to reset their business plan and make fresh food with a chef that has the mindset to create satisfied customers

I typically won't write public reviews, but this has annoyed me a lot, so here we are. Portion sizes in the restaurant and take-out have a large disparity. I paid $80 for food that should ideally feed 2-3 people, but could only feed 1. Why this disparity exists is beyond me, but I sure won't be ordering takeout or even heading back there. Customer service over the phone: Nothing to write home about. You lot need to do better.

rarely leave bad reviews, but Sky Vibe was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
We waited over 20 minutes just to get water and even longer for our drinks. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested — our server barely checked on us, and when we asked about our food, we got a shrug.
When the food finally arrived, it was a mess. My entrée was cold, the portion was tiny for the price, and it tasted bland. The appetizer we ordered never even came, and when we asked about it, they told us it was “on the way”… and it never showed up.
The atmosphere was chaotic — way too loud to have a normal conversation — and the place just felt disorganized overall. For the price they charge, I expected way better service, better food, and honestly, just a smoother experience.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options nearby where you’ll actually be treated like a customer and get decent food for your money.

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t give you the option to give zero. I would never eat at a restaurant that does not know how to properly dispose of their garbage. Trash attracts animals, insects and rodents. The building in the picture is your kitchen, which is next to the trash. My biggest concern would be rats that can carry diseases. Commercial trash service will pick up every day as long as you pay for it. Your trash is a community problem. This trash smells horrible!
