It’s 8am, on a Thursday morning, there are 7 baristas, 4 of them standing and talking and the rest roaming around and my order took 12 minutes to prepare. Just a tall frapp and a croissant. One lady brought the drink out and I stood there waiting for my croissant and ended up asking for it. She brought it with a straight face and no apology. Very unprofessional

This has been extremely disappointing. I’ve ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato many times, and about five different times they’ve given me a brew coffee with milk and caramel instead. It’s honestly unacceptable.
If I wanted a brew coffee, I could make it at home. I come here expecting the drink I’m paying almost $7 dollars for — not a cheap, careless mistake over and over again. Out of about 15 visits, 5 wrong drinks is ridiculous.
At this point, I’m done. I will not be coming back to this location. The service is terrible, and it’s clear they don’t take the time to do things correctly. Customers deserve better.

The beverages always seem to be lacking in full flavor. Maybe it's corporate changes or maybe the barista's spin. I tried a different beverage than what I've ever ordered before and there was an improvement in flavor.

Today the service was good, but drinks took awhile. I ordered on the app and still had to wait a little bit. Looks like only three people were working so service was slow. My drink was excellent once I received it.
Nickiyah assisted me with picking my flavored drink. I also recommend the Pumpkin cream chai latte. They have various sizes and is perfect for the fall season. Enjoy

Even when they are not busy your drink may never arrive if you are not at drive thru... over 10min waiting and they just lost the order.. not only once... even to just redo after you talk with them it's still difficult to get it
