My order was supposed to be ready by 1:45pm, 15 minutes after I ordered it. I arrived at the store at 1:57 and it wasn’t ready. While I was waiting, one of the baristas marked my order as ready for pickup just to clear it out if their system, but still no order ready. They didn’t even start preparing my order until I asked about it when I saw that they hadn’t even started marked it as ready, & by then they were sole out of the danish I had ordered. My order wasn’t ready until 2:02 pm, 32 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT! Garbage service at this Starbucks!!

Came later on in the day around 5pm on 12/20, stopped by to use the bathroom, afterwards I just wanted some water and something to snack on but didn’t know I was inconveniencing everyone… which shouldn’t have been the case given they don’t close until 9:30… I asked the tall white man at the register for a cup of Ice water and he goes “okay tall cup of ice” anything else? And I said oh if I can get an ice water, and he goes “anything else” and then proceeds to hand a cup to another black haired girl with poofy pulled back hair and she makes my water and hands it to me as if I’m inconveniencing her as well even though I don’t understand what’s wrong with me getting a cup of water given there was no one in the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy. Then lastly, the black girl with the dreads had walked up to the register and asked if I wanted anything else and I said “yes I would like to order” but then proceeded to walk away anyways… so when I finally got her attention again to order she had a terrible attitude, and same attitude after she gave me my item. I work at a Starbucks so I was utterly shocked by the level of dissatisfaction of customer service I received tonight.

They are always running out of everything bagel on a daily basis for some reason anytime after 12pm.

Some of the staff there are rude, disrespectful, and it's a crapshoot if they'll make your drink correctly. I order the same drink every time, and the last 3 times it's been made different and taste different.

There are other Starbucks around, do yourself a favor - go to another one and don't waste your time with dealing with the attitudes at this one.

This Starbucks has been going steadily downhill for a while now. Extremely slow service both in the drive-thru and inside. Frequently out of ingredients to make some drinks or out of food items. Drinks not made properly. Today I bought an iced grande match latte. The cup was not full. The top 1/3 was weird clear bubbles and ice. And it had zero milk in it. It was made with water. Latte literally means milk. Why would you make a latte with water? That was the last straw for me. I will not be going to that location any longer.
