Came to target and planned to stop at Starbucks before shopping. Came to the store near closing time but they were still open and refused to serve myself and three other customers because he wouldn't be able to leave at closing time and he would have to reclean. Very poor service.

Starbucks has been a staple in our household, and we have not been disappointed by the service nor the coffee.However, if something happens you better believe I will get these fingers typing.

Ordered Uber eats this time. Never fails, wrong order, items not warmed as requested, items missing and even wrong name spelling g written on bag. Last time even thinking about ordering from this Starbucks, Baltimore avenue it is. Further trip but they always get it right.
1st time going to this place and it was the worst experience!!!! Me and my 3 friends went to this coffee shop to unwind and catch up. We got our drinks and by the time.pur 3rd friend came, there was no one in the shop!!! We were laughing and all of a sudden One of the girls with short blond braids came up to us and told us to, keep it down because the manager told them and it's a policy. We are in our late thirties early forties and are not children. I have no idea what kind of BS policy that is but we were simply having fun. We were not rude or disturbing anyone because no one there!!!!! I have never had anyone come up to us and complain about us laughing. I think they were jealous that we were having so much fun and they were not included!!!

Coffee, in a cup so hot (you can degrease a 20 year old diesel truck motor) and nothing special just a word like Jamaica and it's $8.00...... sorry but it is not some Food of eternal life so to pay that much is nutz.

The barista (Remika) was a delight. From the time I walked in, she stopped everything she was doing with no hesitation, greeted me and took my order. She made it clear from the begging on what was available and what she can do. I understand the shortages and she still made my drink happen. Her positive attitude and made my morning so much better.
Nice staff, but very weak coffee. My Carmel macchiato tasted just like foamed milk.
Everyone are entitled to have bad days, but today was an exceptionally bad experience. The barista taking my order didn’t respond to my simple “good morning” as well as didn’t grab my name after my order was placed. He rushed me along and I stood waiting for my order while those behind me received their orders quicker than I did. When I finally alerted another barista about my situation, apparently my order was already ready but it was under a person named “Kristina — items 2 of 2”. When I told them that wasn’t my name and I didn’t want to grab someone else’s order, they were rude and insisted that my order had been ready. It was clear the baristas working were unhappy. I understand sometimes it can get busy, but my interaction was so poor that I am no longer interested in frequenting this location.
I come here because its convenient, but this is the 2nd time within 2 weeks this location has not had my mobile order ready. Each time I look for my drink, its not there. I was asked if I am sure that I ordered it at the correct location. I show the receipt on my phone, then they make the drink. The problem with this is that there is no awareness or empathy expressed for someone who may be in a rush, or the fact that I expressed this happened to me before. Mistakes like this fall on management & should be corrected if it happens too frequently.
