This Starbucks location is a pleasant surprise--looks small outside but spacious inside, perfect for quick grab-and-go trips. Situated in a shopping center with ample parking, the staff is patient and accommodating, suggesting new drink combos without rushing you. Consistently great drinks, including limited edition options, make it a favorite spot for a Starbucks lover like me!

Asked for light ice bc I take forever to drink these and they start to get watered down from the ice when I can't drink them fast enough. The ice is literally almost to the top. Asked for a refund or to even make a new one with less ice and they refused. There's 3 different Starbucks near by go to a different one. Not here.

Came to target and planned to stop at Starbucks before shopping. Came to the store near closing time but they were still open and refused to serve myself and three other customers because he wouldn't be able to leave at closing time and he would have to reclean. Very poor service.

This place was so cool! It kind of looked like a bank, which was super cool for people like me in the drive thru. The people at the Starbucks were super nice, and respectful to me, the customer. (The service was also super quick!) The drink I got was called the Chocolate Cookie Crumble with extra cream. They take your order seriously, because it was so creamy when I sipped it. The chocolate was delicious. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to.

I consistently come to this Starbucks and every time the employees are so nice and polite. I feel like it's hard to get kind service these days but this location always delivers. They deal with a lot of the morning rush from Fort Meade so it does get busy, especially the drive through. The mobile order has been go to and I'm able to make it to work on time. My drinks are always good, the maybe one or two times it wasn't I called in and they remade it for me the next morning which I truly appreciate. Great customer service here.

Super dirty Starbucks and no one acknowledges you when you come in. The employees instead chose to talk about what time they were getting off. I had a mobile order but cancelled it due to the state of the shop. Yuck.

Ordered Uber eats this time. Never fails, wrong order, items not warmed as requested, items missing and even wrong name spelling g written on bag. Last time even thinking about ordering from this Starbucks, Baltimore avenue it is. Further trip but they always get it right.

1st time going to this place and it was the worst experience!!!! Me and my 3 friends went to this coffee shop to unwind and catch up. We got our drinks and by the time.pur 3rd friend came, there was no one in the shop!!! We were laughing and all of a sudden One of the girls with short blond braids came up to us and told us to, keep it down because the manager told them and it's a policy. We are in our late thirties early forties and are not children. I have no idea what kind of BS policy that is but we were simply having fun. We were not rude or disturbing anyone because no one there!!!!! I have never had anyone come up to us and complain about us laughing. I think they were jealous that we were having so much fun and they were not included!!!

waited over 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to get my drink totally wrong, THEN CONTINUED TO PUT THE RIGHT INGREDIENTS ON TOP OF THE WRONG DRINK & PROCEEDED TO TRY TO SERVE ME THE WRONG ORDER!! SMH i asked her to remake my drink & she told me "just shake it up mix it in there". Very unprofessional & rude this is probably the worst starbucks in the dmv i should've read the reviews ‍

The girl working here seems to hate her job so much. I've waited for over 5 minutes only to tell me that she couldn't make me a drink because she was going on a break. It was 6:30pm.. There wasn't even a line of customers but me. How difficult is it to make a single drink? Very rude and poor customer service! I wish Starbucks wouldn't let Target hire their own baristas. Hiring undertrained and rude little girl like this is just putting Starbucks name to shame.

It was a nice night for a walk so I set out on the 25 minute walk to this Starbucks tonight as I was craving a caramel Frappuccino crunch. Once I arrived the barista told me that their blenders were done. Seriously, how could all the blenders have been done at the same time. I find this very suspect.
