Friendly helpful staff, maybe b team or trainees on staff since they undercooked the grilled cheese and slightly burned a croissant. They also could not cut the sandwich in half?? Which other locations have?
Nice, just a bit clueless. I'll try the location again another day.
This is my go to Starbucks and everyone here is so kind and helpful. Today I forgot to place my order ahead of time and just showed up and started looking for my order. They clocked me immediately and said “did you put in your order? I don’t think I saw it yet.” Yep, I forgot lol. I order ahead always and they still know who I am :)
And they don’t use plastic cups, which is great!
New cups and lids are unforgivably bad.
Going here is never an easy process you order stuff get there and they don’t have it, and today happened again and the guy taking the order laughed about it or you order one thing and get another
Wow...I was a life-long 3 times a day starbucks customer. Over last year their drinks became garbage so I stopped going. I decided to give them a try again after a while. I purchased a $8 latte and they put it literally in a cup with a cardboard paper as the lid. A flat peice of paper with a hole in it. There's no way to drink this without spilling it all over yourself. I've seen better quality at gas stations. They have gotten so expensive, bad tasting, and yet the quality is cheap as dirt. They brought over the ex CEO of Chipotle and pay thousands a day to private jet fly him to his office from 2 states over, yet they can't afford lids. Get ready for tons of lawsuits of people burning themselves with your cheap paper lids!
Never ever get the Turkey Pesto. I am only reviewing the Turkey Pesto Sandwich. This is the worst thing ever. All bread. I don’t think I saw or tasted any turkey. It was two sundried tomatoes and a roll.

Very good starbucks. Have been a few times, no issues, nice drive thru space making it easy to get in and out.

Visited several times. Order is always correct, store is clean, baristas are helpful/have a good attitude. Have only stayed to eat in once and the noise level was not bad at all. I usually order on the app but the few times I've ordered in-store my drink comes up fairly quickly. (That being said, I've never ordered in-store during peak times.)
Vegetarian options: Potato and chive egg bites, roasted red pepper egg bites, Impossible breakfast sandwich are all good vegetarian options for meal-type foods if you're looking for something that isn't dessert.

Disrespectful. I’ve never had a more rude experience. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in with my mother for her birthday drink, and I was also purchasing a drink. The woman made it wrong and we noticed, so we told her and she gave extreme attitude. We said thank you after she gave us our drink and she just gave a rude look. And then stared at us as we were leaving. I do NOT like that type of disrespect. Super unprofessional.

I’m so done with this store. Literally EVERY time I order here they screw up my drink. Today they handed me my drink PACKED with ice. (I asked for light ice)
In the past I didn’t notice in time and just dealt with it. But today, I sent it back. They strained out the ice into a new cup, added some new ice, dumped milk on top and handed it back to me.
I told the lady, “This hasn’t been mixed” and she responded with, “we just add the milk on top. We don’t mix it.” Which is the biggest lie. I’ve gotten this drink countless times and it is ALWAYS mixed.
Spending close to $8 on this drink and getting this kind of response is ludicrous.
Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Clarksville pike in River Hill Square instead.

They hired new people recently and I’m not satisfied with the service. They are impatient and could come off as rude or bothered if asked anything.

Coffee is excellent and overpriced. Please aim for a superb product, with a more moderate shafting of the consumer.
I like this starbucks and I am pleased most of the time. Very disappointed because other times I went there after new coffee machines were installed and could pick light, medium or bold after 3 pm which is when I usually stop by.. Today batista said they don't serve after 12 when the new machines make coffee to order. I really wanted to try the new blend that was tantalizing me in the bean dispenser but was told no can do.

The person who took my order was great! However, the woman who gave me my drink was extremely rude. I saw the order was not right, and when I started to speak the woman cut me off and rose her voice saying she got it. I saw her being demanding and raising her voice to other employees. I was surprised to see and experience this as I’ve never seen this at any other Starbucks.
