Bad service. I'm paying for an expensive drink, and since I don't want ice, they serve me a half-full glass. I've been to other Starbucks, and it's different.

Bad attitude and poor customer service. When I went to pick up my order she pointed and demanded for me to stand on the other end and wait for my order. I didn’t go down there and wait because I felt like it was already enough ppl over there so I didn’t want to feel like I was being crowded instead I went to look at the mugs on display while I wait. I heard them shout everyone else’s name for their order but when my order was ready I noticed I was the only one left waiting for my order. When my order was ready they just had it sitting there. They didn’t call my name or say anything. All because I didn’t stand on the other end to wait for it like she demanded me to.

Food review - 2 on a scale of 5, the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap. Mediocre at best. The "flour tortilla" is NOT a tortilla. It a bland flour pastry. The taste is bland - the tastes that come thru are overwhelmingly flour pastry, a little potato, the bacon, and a little egg taste. It's edible but I won't get it again.
"Double-smoked bacon, savory pork sausage and cage-free scrambled eggs combined with Cheddar cheese and potatoes-all wrapped in a flour tortilla. - HIGH-PROTEIN"

Horrible experience I placed my order today at 11:18am waited 45 minutes to get two coffee. People who placed their order after me got their orders filled. I ended getting a refund after more thab 45 minutes of waiting. The cashier was rude and smart comments with 0 customer service and no apologies.. will not be going back.

I would never return to this location. The store is filthy and disgusting starting at the door. There were grease marks and fingerprints all over it. Upon entering, the counter was dirty with spills some of them dried up already and the self serve station was in disarray. The staff was very rude and had me wait with no acknowledgement she and another employee laughed and joked around for almost 5 minutes until I lost my patience and spoke up. Even still she had the audacity to have an attitude with me stating “you have to be patient “. Really?!!
She huff and rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted to order. With so many red flags ? At that point it was clear I do not want to spend my money here and even if it was free I would not even drink from such a disgusting and rudely sad place. I’m making my own coffee from now on.

Picking up doordash , I wasn’t greeted upon entering like everyone else. The order I was delivering was never called where as they always do so at Starbucks. Employees had me wait for 30 minutes knowing the order was right there already on the counter and didn’t acknowledge me or even let me know. I sat there waiting cluelessly.

This is a good option to stop by and refresh with their new and renovated drinks. My kids really enjoy the new options they have. The cheese sandwich is the best! And the pink drink is also the best. They have a very fast service and the workers are very kind and patients. I highly recommend this sport specially for this summer time.

I drank a honey almond flat white and it was light for sure. A grande was $6.56...which is a ridiculous amount of money for a cup of coffee. I'm curious as to how high these prices will go up before enough is enough. I only treat myself once a quarter now.

Today I placed my order online around 8:16 pm and I went to pick up my order at 8:32, to which an employee responded that it was too late to pick it up and that they had already thrown everything away because they were already They had closed, in which their schedules specify that their closing is at 9:00 pm and the online orders were open, I find the service very bad because they made me feel that it was my fault and apart from the expense of time and gasoline that which is very high due to inflation and I still have to return tomorrow for my refund, more time and gas expense, definitely a very bad experience and most likely I don't think they will pay attention to this comment because to the great company that you are, but do not forget that for every consumer that we have spent to consume your products it has made you a great company, but I hope that more than someone reads it and understands what happened to me today. and of course one more customer who will no longer spend on their products, I just hope they give me my money back, the only thing missing is that they say that online recharges are not refundable.

Rude employees. My drink was disgusting I spent 9 dollars for no reason. I throw my drink out, I don’t let anyone play with my food or drink. Do better, no one needs a nasty attitude for NO REASON.
