Service is extremely slow. 25 minutes for a lemonade and slice of cake. Only 3 customers in the store

The service and my drinks are always on point but the food….its a crime that the double smoked bacon sandwich isn’t automatically toasted open faced because the bacon is always mushy on the inside of the sandwich and when you ask for it to be double toasted they burn the outside of the sandwich while the bacon on the inside remains uncooked. PLEASE ADD THESE REQUESTS TO THE APP: “extra toasted” and “open face toasted” so my bacon can be cooked

This was an awful experience stay away from here Service was terrible everyone was very rude and unprofessional. Waited in line for 15 minutes for two drinks and a cake pop just to be greeted by rude workers not to mention I ordered a venti and they filled only half the cup and put the rest foam. I would like to get what I paid for this was a terrible experience please if you can stay away from here

Manager Skyler was unprofessional and rude when we expressed concerns, she basically dismissed us and was mad that we interrupted her break and left

Rude and disrespectful service when I’m asking simple questions how long I’m supposed to wait it’s already a problem and have a bad attitude and we order 12 items and I order mobile and there was 3 cars in front of us so it should be enough time for the drink to be ready and it wasn’t ready and I believe it was the manager almost throw us the hot drink on us

Love all the employees, Lauren is so sweet and welcoming. Ill make the extra 5 minute commute to stop here for my coffee, they make it the best 🥰

Sometimes it takes a little longer to prepare food or drinks. That happens, it’s understandable. You can’t just have people sit at the drive through window for 5+ minutes with no communication at all. And there wasn’t much business at all. That’s not really even a matter of training. That’s just basic human communication skills. The manager needs to make sure they do better. I received my food and now after writing this note, the next person is blowing their horn at the window, presumably no one has said anything to them at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been frequenting this Starbucks since I moved to Laurel. There have been quite a few times I was treated poorly by baristas. I typically shrug it off because my drink is always made correctly. However today my drink was incorrectly made my by mary ann or Marianne. I advised her of this and she continued to argue. Ultimately closing the drive thru window while I was talking. Now for me personally this was the last straw because the service is ALWAYS less than stellar. But what you shouldn’t be doing is actively opting to ignore a regular who gets the same drink every time. I went inside and spoke to the manager who was unapologetic about the issue but did have my drink re made. Last time spending my money there I would rather travel to Columbia.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks location. The cashier wasn’t paying attention and caused a delay in the drive thru.The barista was rude and made unnecessary comments about making my refresher because she clearly didn’t want to do her job.The staff needs proper training on customer service. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this location. Nor will I return.

Bad attitude, Bad customer service ! The lady taking orders need to work on some customer service she got all mad when we were placing a big order , there is no need to be rude when someone is spending money on your establishment, I will make sure you guys don’t get my business anymore .

Bad service. I'm paying for an expensive drink, and since I don't want ice, they serve me a half-full glass. I've been to other Starbucks, and it's different.
They have not made my order wrong. My drink order is always good. Thank for your hard work. Friendly staffs
