Very slow service I waited almost 10 Minutes to have someone speak on the intercom. Unfortunately no Custumer service either they never greet . Just rush through every Custumer.

I had an amazing chocolate cream cold brew. It was great because they served it in a glass cup. I was here to do some anthropological research so I asked one worker Josh about the place. He answered all of my questions well and was very kind. I would say that the quality of the coffee here is much higher than other Starbucks.

The same latte I've been ordering for 15 years now consistently tastes like drip coffee. This has been going on for three months or so. What happened to this location? My lattes used to be creamy, full. Now it's just watery. It's definitely this location because when I go to Burtonsville location or Laurel I do not have this problem. Let me emphasize that I've ordered the same latte on the app for 15 years, no settings altered.

A nice stop off of the i-95. The starbucks is clean and prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are extremely clean but they are only for customers.
The young lady at the window was 10/10 nice. It's refreshing to see someone be so kind.

I recommend this location vs the other star bucks in laurel close to Wendy's. The staff are friendly and the wait time is fair. The only con I have 3 out of 5 times the ice coffee isn't fully shaken or blended. Seen like sometimes they rush to make the drinks. It's no judgement on my part. I understand the restaurant can become busy and the staff is doing the best that they can. I still recommend and I will continue to support this location

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. The drive thru is an absolute nightmare, it takes them 10-15 minutes to even get you to the front of the line to pay.

My one knock is that the falafel wrap is the only breakfast/lunch option without cheese. Makes it tough for lactose intolerant people, especially those who are more sensitive and would need to take large amounts of Lactaid to eat them. The protein boxes have cheese that you can choose not to eat, but you can't remove cheese from anything else.
