Online order was prepared wrong and when called to complain staff (Alka) was not professional ( very rudd ) on call and not accepted mistakes they made. She hung up the call. Do not recommand this location. 0/5 stars for customer satisafaction.

I was sitting in the restaurant eating. The owner/ manager of the store was mopping the floor. The mail lady came in to use the bathroom. They said it was CLOSED. A blatant LIE since I had just used the restroom. Apparently they don't want a BLACK mail lady to use their facilities but they want her to deliver their mail. In this day & age.... this is AWFUL. Subway NEVER has to worry about me patronizing their store ever again

The lady making my sandwich asked what cheese I wanted and I answered. Then asked twice and kept saying she didn’t hear me so I yelled what I wanted because she was being so rude towards me every time she asked she turned around and talked to her coworker!? Like what the heck? No wonder she couldn’t hear me because she was more worried about talking to her coworker. Worst Service I’ve ever had!

Sandwiches are made in a sloppy manner. Unhygienic. On top of that, they skimp on the servings within the sandwiches as if there are not other unrelated complaints about the joint.

I went there today, and the guy charged me for a large soda that I didn't have. When I asked him to fix it he refused and said just take chips or cookies. I don't want junk food.
