There’s one woman who I had an extreme problem with who was extremely rude with poor customer service! I politely addressed an issue with the lady making a sandwich for a customer in front of me in which she was pulling bacon and ham with her gloved hands and continued to pick up cheese without changing out her gloves. I asked her what was the policy with not changing out the gloves when selecting vegetables and cheese as many customers don’t eat pork or meat in general. She flat out said she was not changing her gloves and and was very ride about it. Definitely would never eat at this Subway location EVER again. If you’re Muslim or vegetarian this is not the place to consume your food as they only care about their convenience opposed to cross contamination. There’s a Subway right up the street that way cleaner and better service. 08/07/25 2:20pm

It was great! Mina was the best staff, she made us a great sandwich, and gave us a free cookie(Don’t tell ANYONE!). Subway is GREAT!

they always very happy every time I come to visit the store
My mother and I went in to have lunch, had to wait while the two employees stood there talking, finally one said she'll be with you in a minute I said ok, we placed our order one item was the new foot long chicken nacho, one employee said this is the first time making this I said ok that's fine, after she toasted it I said this is burnt can you remake it, they spoke to ea in Spanish after a few mins I said I'm not eating or paying for that I asked the other woman if she could remake it for me she said no, ok then yeah take it off my bill, I took 2 pictures of it the one told the other worker, she picked it up to move it and asked why are you taking a picture of it you didn't pay for it I said your right, and why are you moving it because you know it's wrong, a few minutes later she came to the end of the counter where we were sitting eating and said I told you this is our first time making it, I said that's ok then you refuse to remake it, her response was well I making it for myself. I don't normally go to this location because it is horrible service but it's been a few months and I see it's the same hot mess......

I asked for the honey oat. I specifically asked the associate if the bread was soft she told me "yes." I have been to Subway multiple times and she was very skimpy with the vegetables. I had to ask multiple times for tomato and cucumbers, etc. Then when she cut my sandwich, she was literally butchered the bread apart. When I mentioned it to her, she just made it worse by trying to push everything into the sandwich with the knife that continue to make the bread a mess. I got home with my sandwich, opened it up, and the bread was hard as a rock. You could literally hear the thud when you tapped on it. I called the store to explain the situation and the association that answered the phone was very nonchalant and told me I don't really know what's gonna happen. You need to call tomorrow for a manager. Which was also disturbing because there was no manager on duty and the two people working appear to be fairly young. The customer service in the restaurant and on the phone was horrible. I did not feel like I was a satisfied customer and I absolutely feel like they did not care

Dishonest employee! I ordered a steak, egg and cheese sandwich for $7.69 but was charged $14.29. The employee only told me the price after the sandwich was made and said that breakfast subs were only available in the morning and cost extra at other times of day.
