Never, in my 8 years of shopping at this subway, have I been treated as well as Today, this new Lady has incredible customer service. I always order the same thing and today I bought her new sandwich thanks to the fact that the lady knows how to serve the public.

I don’t want to sound ignorant or racist. But you should have at least one person behind the counter who can speak English. When I ask questions and they go huh. Not a good thing. I had to pull out my phone and text to Translate so they can understand what I was saying. Besides that the food was good.

The truth is that the girls they have there leave a lot to be desired, they don't like to wash the bathroom and that's why they always say that they don't lend it, they have a terrible attitude as if one were to ask for a gift! I will never go back to that place, they treated me and my family badly, they lost 5 customers plus my friends!

This was the worst and I mean worst Subway experience I've ever had from the company. The sandwich was made for my 5 year old nephew. I didn't order a meatless sandwich. I had more bread and chips than an actual sandwich.Highly disappointed with the sandwich making staff at this location. I ordered 2 footlong subs and to reduce them at 6 inches and it still wasn't enough meat. So upset that my delivered lunch was awful.

Ordered footlong roast beef, cheese, tomatoes, pickles. Got a footlong with 2 slices of roast beef, tomatoes, mayo & red onions. Paid $21 for the delivery, Grub delivery was on time, not their fault

I have never had any experience of arrogance in any restaurant or picking up fast food like the one I had today, there were two women but one was the one who rudely attacked me, I arrived and asked what the name of a type of chicken they have because chicken bacon ranch The one I like does not appear with that chicken that I like and when I asked if he could tell me which one to order he said that it did not appear there, he gave me the name of the chicken and said that the only way was for me to add bacon but that I had to sit down I couldn't be in line because her boss measured the time each person was there in line and I told her that if she gave me the buy two and one free special that she should take the order but she said she couldn't. Then I went to sit down when I placed the order, I approached him again to make sure that he put the right chicken and I could tell that he would continue to be arrogant with me. I asked him why he was like that and he told me that she gave the treatment as she received it, I in no way moment I disrespected her I only asked questions and asked her to help me place the order in the application properly since she could not give the discount, reading more comments here it seems that it is not the first time that she behaves like this, she arrived today 4/ 16/22 about 5:15 to 5:30 I would like the Manager to review the video since she said everything was being recorded, there are 3 Subways in Laurel this is the last time I visit this one. If by asking questions I offended, I apologize.

Picked up an online order for my wife last night, gave her name and the young lady said here is her order. You are to go and have a nice evening. Went in tonight to pick up another online order and this female employee tried to accuse me of stealing. Process for picking up online orders is inconsistent among employees. Furthermore, some may need retraining on Customer Service 101.

Horrible customer service. I went in to get a sandwich and take my 2 yr old to the bathroom. They have a sign up that says bathroom for paying customers only ,which I agree with. I went to the bathroom 1st since my 2yr old had to go really bad.. I soon found out it was locked so I went back to the front to ask for a key but before i could ask a lady said " you need a key. You didn't ask so I didn't tell you". Once I got back from the bathroom I addressed the lady letting her know that her response was rude and maybe to avoid confusion she should put a sign that says. Bathroom Door locked must use key. She responded "no, you didn't ask. So I didn't tell. Every customer ask." I had never been to this subway before today. I will purchased my daughter food but I will not be back.
