Went to this location today and was reminded why I stopped coming to this particular location. I only wanted to buy a 6 inch piece of bread bcux my son does not eat lunch meat, I also ordered a six inch turkey . Most subways either charge me for a kids meal or for just the piece of bread. They wanted to charge me for a foot long. So I said just charge me for a footlong meal since u donât want to charge the kids meal price for a plain 6inch piece of bread. I go to get a soda from the fountain and none drinks are working. I ask can I just get a bottle drink instead one of the workers tell me no. So Iâm standing there for like 3 minutes waiting for her to fix the fountain. Still doesnât work. She says go ahead and grab a bottled drink (like I initially asked) and then the lady says âI thought u weâre going to get a drink boxâ now why on earth would u grab a drink box when I didnât pay for a kids meal?? She told me I couldnât get a kids meal but now I have to get a drink box after PAYING Full price for a half a sandwich with no meat. The best subway in this area is near laurel hospital wonderful staff and they charge me a DOLLAR for a piece of bread one time. no issues with them whatsoever.

Staff here are so quick with the food. Very attentive and accurate orders. Even with the lunch rush theyâre quick. Use the app for points. Not in the greatest area but this location is well lit and clean

Recently been here . The subway server was little rude and keep talking loudly with other person . We order for pizza and gave very little chicken and cheese irrespective of paying extra for those . Subway needs to train all their employees with the fixed food quantity to all to be fair . Also they didnât let use restroom as well . They didnât have wrap .

This subway is so good! The portion size is good and this subway has lite mayo! Had a sandwich from here and it just made my day better.

Horrible experience!!! I ordered a foot-long sub on the app, went to pick up my order and they told me they haven't received it. I showed them on my phone it was in the order history and that my card was charged yet they would still not give me my food! I will never eat here again and I made a report to the BBB.

This store was advertised to be open till 9pm. We got there at 8:50pm, the sign was on and said open yet the door was locked and the employee saw us but would not let in. Now I understand that everyone wants to get home, but locking the door 10 minutes before the scheduled closing time is pretty unprofessional.
