This Sweet Frog is fantastic! The guy who was working there was so friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and well stocked. Totally recommend!Parking: Part of a shopping center so plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Bright colors and small children’s table.

My review is not about the icecream but about the service there was a posting on Eventbrite that advertised for a kids paint party but in the clause it stated if not enough participants the event would be cancelled i called up to the store and spoke with a gentleman who informed me that he had no idea what I was talking about and he would text his manager then hung up I called back asked did we get disconnected he said he ended the call until he could hear from his manager like what? How am I gonna get my answer so the next day I called 2 hours prior to the start of the advertised paint party and the same gentleman couldn't give me an answer said that he hasn't heard anything and doesn't believe the party is happening at the point I was over it but still thought I would just take my 2 year old for icecream and see in person what was happening upon arriving there was a young lady on shift who I asked about the paint party she had no clue what I was referring to then told me typically if something is going on it's in the back I asked her to check she came back and told me yes the party is taking place just wow what level of communication does the employees who are working get to not know there are people in the back one that is totally not safe two they should be able to communicate efficiently about anything taking place in the store without sounding unprofessional or like they don't care this was a waste of my day we just ended up getting icecream on a rainy Sunday.

Been here a ton over the years, and it's just getting worse. The place is dirty, toilet is clogged, and the bathrooms are a mess. They are so dirty, it's better to go to the Target next door. The staff unplugged the loyalty iPad to charge his phone. The place advertised free WiFi, but none of the staff know the password.

My nieces enjoy having froyo and this is one of the most convenient places so we visit here a few times a year. However I’m getting fed up with its decrease in cleanliness over the past few months. There’s 3-4 staff members working however the topping bars are a mess while also running low on pretty much everything. None of the inside tables are wiped, there’s candy on the floor in multiple places.. smh

The Laurel Sweet Frog was filthy! Every step I took, I stuck to the floor & the counter where the toppings needed to be cleaned desperately! The floor in front of the toppings needed to be swept. I’ve never seen it that dirty!

Staff looked mad and yelled at my uncle, very unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this store because it was my favorite spot but after the lady with red hair treated my uncle very unfairly I will no longer be going to that store.
The red hair girl was rude and racist. she didn’t want to attend us and when she did, she gave us attitude the whole time. Worst sweet frog.

me and the kids had a great time how i spent 50 on yogurt is unknown to me lol next time i'll make sure to limit the topping for the kids but still a good time set outside and and enjoy the evening weather

Visited sweetFrog yesterday with my girlfriend. Very tasty frozen yogurt (including a variety of Dole Whips) with a variety of extensive toppings you add yourself. One point docked for the latter; though it was nice adding a variety of toppings, customers were not the best at keeping things super clean and staff could have been a little more on the ball cleaning up (there were a lot of children there, it's very child-friendly, and it's possible staff cleaned up when there was a lull in customers). Overall, a good experience and definitely somewhere worth a revisit in the future, if only to try more tasty flavors of frozen yogurt
