Never trust a restaurant that stays empty. How can you justify serving cold and old fries and expect customers to return? I keep trying to maintain a relationship with this location but the service and food are terrible. Too bad I can’t rate it 0 stars. I’ll continue to visit the location on my drive home.

This taco bell has great service, but they recently raised their prices and it's way too much for what it is. They are even more expensive than other taco bells in the area. Just avoid it and get chipotle at this price

30 min before closing and they said only crunchy tacos nothing grilled? It’s Taco Bell why can’t you turn on the griller??

I recently stopped by Taco Bell for a late-night craving, and while the food itself was enjoyable, the overall experience left a bit to be desired.
First, let's talk about the food. My quesadilla was tasty and hit the spot, but I was disappointed by its presentation. It wasn’t cut all the way through, and the cuts that were made seemed random, leaving me with what felt like scraps rather than a properly served dish. I know it’s late, but is that an excuse for cutting corners on presentation?
On a positive note, the service was pretty quick, which I appreciated. However, the drive-through experience could have been much better. The cashier could have been a bit friendlier or at least offered a warmer tone both over the speaker and at the window. A smile or a simple "thank you" can go a long way in enhancing the customer experience.
In summary, while the food itself was good, both presentation and service could use some improvement. I hope my next visit will be more satisfying in those areas!

This location rarely, if ever, gets our order wrong and they are generally fast at filling it.
The food is always delicious and is one of our favorite fast food chains.
Vegetarian options: They have a separate “veggie cravings” area in the menu to make it easy. Many items can be converted to vegetarian simply by swapping the protein to beans.

I really do not like to feel this way, but I feel the ladies there were being a bit racist, Spanish speaker, they were so rude my wife and I, even our children could see it. The manager was not any better she was worse. I just left Florida with good southern hospitality to come back to Maryland and experience this type of treatment is uncomfortable.

This is the slowest fast food place that can exist. You have to wait 15, 20 minutes for a burrito ?. They work so so slow???

Ghetto. Refuse to provide unsweetened tea.
Claim to be open late but arrived at 7 PM and two males laughed in my face today and mocked the fact that I ordered unsweetened tea and cannot drink sugared drinks.
Open til God knows when but find it unprofessional COMICAL that I can't drink Kool-Aid. It's 7 PM. DO BETTER in initiative and attitude
I didn't catch her name, but the receipt said Jennifer. We ordered two fiesta potato burritos. The screen showed bacon instead, and we don't eat pork. We confirmed it should be potato burritos, not bacon and she was rude about it. She also got upset when she had to reopen the window for us because she didn’t give us any sauce or napkins. There were no cars behind us, so we didn't understand the rush. Find another job if you don’t like working at here.
