The server named Grace checked to make sure I could eat and told me everything for my food intolerances. Was very helpful and didn’t ask hundreds of questions. She understood and made accommodations for me. She is absolutely amazing!!! Stayed at a nearby Hotel. Stop for nachos chips and dip. The food was surprisingly good so we ordered some takeout and decided to come back the next day and again the day after. The prices are reasonable and the wait staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is clean. Overall an excellent experience.

I have been going to this restaurant for years . But recently online menu and the dine out menus were not updated with current prices . I question the price and the response was condescending. “ this is the new price” being a loyal customer you would think they would acknowledge their error but manager walked away and went back to cooking . I will never return

We have been patrons of Tampico for years. Always good food and satisfying. We are fans of their steak burrito w/ Chipolte sauce, their shrimp agave , their portobello enchilada, and their seafood enchilada. Their salsa and chips are always a welcome start to the meal. They are a local favorite for a reason. Recommend you give them a try if you are in the area.

Came for my sons birthday. Food was amazing! Kylie is so sweet and provided excellent service. Even sang Happy Birthday solo. Great job!
The food is amazing and it's extremely cheap. For the price of fast food, you can get yourself some authentic and delicious Mexican food. My only problem with the place is the dated look and somewhat old and breaking down tables. Some tables are loose or slope down from age and ware and tare.
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables, while old, are low enough to accommodate a wheel chair. The side walk is narrow, though and may be difficult for someone without aid.
Not bad, but not the best. Margarita and chips were solid, but the salsa was just ok. Didn't taste homemade. The tinga chicken salad was ok. The chicken wasn't seasoned the best. This is a Mexican place for people who are extremely satisfied with gringo hard shell taco night lol. Lots of old racist white people in here talking their shit. This restaurant made me research Laurel more and learn about how segregated Laurel was. Remnants of that found with the crowd at the time there.

My son and I decided to try this place out since we were staying next door at the Best Western. It was a Friday night and the staff seemed to be a little undermanned so we had to wait a little bit before receiving service. However our waiter, an older gentleman, was very nice and pleasant. Food came out pretty quickly and it was very good! The steak tacos were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Good food and great customer service!
