The customer service is BAD, the waiters are nosy and basically force a tip out of you. Last time I went(this week) I was with my sister brother and mom. The waiter was getting so damn close to my baby brother she was rising his stroller cap thingy while I wasn’t lookin and that lwky bothered me. And after like half hour she came to leave the receipt and she said like ‘byeee’ three damn times like ma’am, we thought her shift ended or sum. BUT THAT WOMAN WAS HWKY TRYNNA KICK US OUT😭. And after that we were leaving and THAT WAITER was doing the cash sign🤌🏻 ASKING FOR A DAMN TIP. We paid for what we got, it ain’t our responsibility to pay tips now but if we didn’t that ho wouldn’t have let us leave like another time I saw that happen with man who just ate there and when he was leaving the waiters were trynna force a tip out of him. Anyways that place is getting so bad and service even worse. The food is probably from decades ago, hard asf, nasty and stale. And we paid 66 dollars for us 3, 2 adults and a 5 year old idk if that was right either. Won’t go there again and don’t recommend such place

This, imo, is a seriously meh restaurant. Arcade games in the entryway with an ATM does not scream "restaurant " to me. The lunch buffet was skewed oddly American for Chinese, and bland.
Kid-friendliness: There's a frigging chocolate fountain in this Chinese restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: I used a rollator without difficulty (or assistance).

The food is actually terrible, the chicken tastes like it’s been standing out for hours, everything is greasy and cold, all the handles are slimy, the waiters and front desk are very nice, even Golden Corral is better.

Not a great selection of condiments and desserts tasted like they got punched in the face by freezer burn.

The front receptionist is nice and polite the servers too but they kind of rush you out and they say take you time with and fake smile trying to tell you go home already is a buffet you want to enjoy and eat more right and on top of that the ask you for tip saying like come on honey gimme more money food AAA is not that great as before
