I had a genuinely delicious experience at Teppanyaki Grill in Laurel Lakes Centre. The food was fresh, flavorful, and consistently well prepared, which is especially impressive for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. There was a wide variety of options, including good vegetarian selections, and everything was served hot and well seasoned. Our server, Beryl, did a marvelous job and was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Her friendly and professional service truly enhanced the experience, and we recommend her highly. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot for both casual dining and groups. For the price, the value is excellent, and I will definitely be returning.

The food is okay. Sometimes cold, I recommend going during dinner times to avoid this. The environment can be very uncomfortable. Waiters will hound you for big tips and press you, but I believe that is just because of store policy and the economy right now.
Friendly place overall but you could definitely save your money going elsewhere.

Hello,
On yesterday January 14th me and someone went here. The food is very delicious and very reasonable, however I had a horrible experience with the waitress who served us. The first waitress, was very rude when I asked her a question then tried to take my plate when I wasn't finished. I assumed it was shift changed and we had another waitress. Once we were done eating the waitress asked for a tip (mind I thought it was supposed to voluntary with the customer) for her to ask, I stated i do not have cash and you wasn't our waitress. She said well you can go upfront and give the tip and we share the tips. Ok I a small for tipping but how that was presented to me was very unprofessional, I felt bullied to give a tip, then for them to come up to the front to see and hear my complaint was very rude and uncomfortable. Even though the food and pricing was great, I will NOT be back because of the waitress demanding a tip and their unprofessionalism.

I was Excited to try this place for the first time on New Year's and I was highly disappointed. The food was cold to room temperature and very Bland. I could barely eat the first or second plate. Sushi was decent and the soda was as cold as the wait staff. I dont plan on wasting money at this buffet again.

Stood there for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement, with two ladies at the counter. I walked out.

Me and my boyfriend and his dad went for dinner this past weekend and it was pretty irritating because after we finish our first plate are server was insinuating on a tip we sat for an hour because I'm a slow eater and four times she asked about a tip anytime we got up to go to the bathroom will he be tipping will you be tipping I'm quite shy so I got uncomfortable after we get up from the table she walked up after us and asked for a tip as we were leaving I went up to my boyfriend said she is demanding a tip whatever fine and gave her $5. Tips are because I felt that I really connected with you because I liked it how you do things not because you're doing your job I wish I got tipped more for just coming to work
Actually this place wasn’t so bad for a buffet. It was clean and well stocked. The place was very crowded, but being a weeding, that was understandable. My Father loves the make your own fried rice grill. Plenty food seafood, and vegetarian options. Reminded me of a resort all you can eat buffet.
