This place needs to shut down . My wings were terrible . They barely had sauce . The waitress recommend garlic parm wings n they were watery . Only thing good was my drink never again !! Please save time and don’t come here n waste your money

I have to shout out Carmen one of the managers at this location. Excellent customer service is rare nowadays and after a long frustrating night, Carmen’s high level of customer service made the rest of my night well. I shared with her that I called Fridays to place a drive up/pick up order while leaving work so it could be ready by the time I arrived. I was transferred about 8 times, each time the phone rang it immediately hung up. I wanted to place a quick order, and for this particular order I was told I needed to be transferred to the restaurant. To make a long story short, tired and frustrated I went into the restaurant and asked for a manager. When Carmen came out, she greeted me with a pleasant smile, apologized for the inconvenience and placed my order personally, she also volunteered to bring my food to my car. What impressed me the most was how polite and pleasant she remained even though I was frustrated. I have no choice, but to shout her out! People are quick to complain, but slow to give praise. Thank you again Carmen, your kind attitude changed mine.

Had an issue with Largo and Laurel TGIF ended up being worse. I told my wife she will pay the price and boy she did. We waited 15 minutes to just be seated. The guy looked like he was seating people, cleaning tables and bringing food to a table near us. A young lady told us she will be with us shortly but after 20 minutes with no service, not even water. We couldn't take it anymore- Blue Dolphin Restaurant here we went. They either need more staff or close the doors for good.

Truly A joke. If it's true that this place is shutting down, you are doing us all a disservice by not shutting down fast enough so that an actual great food and service based restaurant can have that location. All the negative reviews are true. I ordered curbside only for no one to come out, so I went in only for no one to great or even care about why tf i was in there. I finally literally walked into the kitchen and grabbed my food that was sitting on the counter for the 15 min i was waiting outside after my food was supposed to be ready. Food is BASIC at best. Truly a waste of time and money. All the ppl in there are only there for a check and couldn't care less about good customer service, but why should they when clearly no one enforces it. So anyway, TGIFridays in the DMV has really went down heal big time! It's a shame bc they use to have good food and decent service. Smh not anymore.. All of them can kick rocks and no one will probably miss them.

My dining experience at TGI Fridays was disappointing. The atmosphere was marred by an unwelcome guest - a roach casually strolling across the bar. It left a lasting impression, overshadowing any enjoyment we might have had with my paramour. The hygiene standards were clearly lacking, and it detracted from what should have been a pleasant evening.To make matters worse, when we brought the roach incident to the manager's attention, there was a notable lack of compassion. Instead of addressing our concerns with empathy, the manager seemed indifferent, further diminishing the overall dining experience. It left us feeling dissatisfied and questioning the commitment to customer satisfaction at TGI Fridays.

The food was okay but had to end abruptly due to a roach scurrying by my arm. When the staff was made aware, NONE of them sprang into action and all looked like it was nothing new. The manager on shift said they don't ALWAYS have a problem but had a "bombing" scheduled soon. Just throw the whole building away!

The service is suuuuper slow!! We had to wave down the waiter several times.She saw us and still ignored us.I went up to the bar to get a to-go box and the lady totally ignored me.She had dreads with red tips.If you don't mind sitting around for a eternity,dealing with rude and incompetent staff and waiting around for hit or miss food then this is the spot for you!
