Three Brothers Italian Restaurant - Laurel

Hoping the menu will be updated on door dash soon, otherwise I may have to stop ordering from this place. I was told by a female manager that the new cook will not be following the door dash instructions. I have to add 5 tenders when ordering tenders because on the menu ( it’s not updated) only allows you to order 3. The male manager in the past would charge my card after for the 2 extra tenders. I’m not understanding why the menu still isn’t updated when I discussed this with a manager last year. Also, not understanding why the new cook is being difficult and could lose customers with this type of attitude. The female manager today also kept over talking me on while on the phone to the point where I couldn’t even speak. Her English also wasn’t the best also.

My calzone was STUFFED!! Cooked to perfection. I'm from Jersey so the bar is set pretty high but this place is up there with the best in the area.

Ordered a cheese steak and it came out without any steak in it. Order of cheese steak and cheese pizza came out about 10 minutes apart. I could understand a delay during a busy time but we were the only ones in the restaurant. No music playing and the plates were dirty. Will not go back here.

I don’t leave many reviews mainly because customer service seems rare. Today gave me hope. A young man by the name of Yosel created an impact. The greeting the manners the attentiveness and overall energy was amazing and a pleasure to be a part of. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Yosel. Sky’s the limit.

Honestly growing up I’ve always bought from here, I love the salad and the pasta But wanted to try something new…The pizza was disappointing and the lasagna, disappointed. Had high expectations , it’s justs bland, no flavor whatsoever. The one from ALDI even taste better than this. What a waste of money

I waited 45 minutes for a salad. I thought the wait was longer than necessary and went to see how much longer it would take. Well, they never made it. The customer service I received was lackluster. There was no attempt to compensate for the 45 minute unnecessary wait. I received a refund for the food I never got and not even an apology for the 45 minutes I waisted. Where's the manager?

This must be a joke! I was about 45 min away from my home and decided to stop here for a quick meal. Ordered pizza and 5 wings. I am pissed that I did not check my wings before I left the store( the order was placed online and I picked up the order in the store.) All 6 wings were disrepectfully small... as of they got a supply of underdeveloped/ premature chickens. And the pizza was blah. NEVER AGAIN! Mind you, that's a pic of my pinky, and my fingers are short-- I am 5'3..lol..smh

As a native New Yorker, I think this pizza is a 4.5/5 for Maryland pizza. Three Brothers makes New York style pizza with its own distinct taste, particularly in its sauce but it’s very good. Nice crust and cheese. I particularly like the Sicilian slices here. The service was excellent with an attentive cashier and staff bringing pizza to my table. An unassuming location with good food.

I really have zero complaints...I stopped here twice in the last 2 weeks and each time the food was consistent.
I have to say, this pasta dish had crab, shrimp and scallops in it and was absolutely DELISH!!! The sauce was creamy and the prefect consistency too, it had flavor and I'd eat this every week if I could!
