2 stars is being more than generous.

After reading other reviews I'm glad to know it's not just me. Growing up in Philly I knew of Wawa but after moving to Maryland the only time I would have it was when going to NJ beaches. So once they started popping up in the DMV of course I was thrilled. However the closest one to me was in Beltsville which is a little too far for me. Luckily one popped up in Hyattsville (Riggs Rd) up the street from where I work and I'm probably in there daily (no exaggeration). However on days I'm not at work and don't feel like driving I just order delivery through the app which defaults to this location. It's complete day and night compared to the Riggs Rd location. I don't know if it's management or if there's a drastic pay difference, but the service at this place SUCKS! I haven't received an accurate order out of the numerous times I've ordered. Today was the final straw. It's apparent that they just don't care. I can't imagine how horrible it is in-store. I would probably end up telling someone off.

Even when I'm at work and don't have time to make it up the street to the Riggs Rd location, my deliveries are rarely ever wrong. The owners should really look into this and do some restaffting. I get it.. nobody WANTS to work but we all have to. Do your job or quit.

I really wish you could select which store you want delivered from.

This is about that one plus sized employee who is white. I see plenty of other reviews talking about her, but she really has the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in a gas station worker my lord. Multiple times I see her lash out on customers for simple questions or problems with an order. There are plenty of reviews specifically mentioning her and their horrible treatment of persons of color and other patrons.

The. the non-dairy milk options were behind the counter, when there are 12 kinds of coffee and 4 types of dairy out. discriminatory. Second of all, i need whoever made the wawa recipe for an italian sub to please google what an italian sub is supposed to be like. Third of all, the iced tea was literal water, which obviously is an error. I don’t know what’s Wawa’s fault and what is this location, but I won’t be returning.

I'm a regular at all Wawa's
I always get a smoothie in the morning and I add extra ice now it will duplicate the smoothie ice is free and they won't give the extra at this location and 2 days in a roll there is no warm cookies on the menu the manger named Amy was very rude and gave me no assistance I won't be at this Wawa any more because other past visits also just remembered I got oatmeal and very watered oatmeal it looked like soup I returned it to exchange it and another manager helped me but other manager named Amy is not helpful. But person who made the smoothie was ok i my book.

I hate having to come here at night if I need something to eat with no other choices. The women making the food at night are terrible and have attitudes, sandwich is always cold and sloppy
