Disgusting a fruit fly came out my bag only one order of my nuggets received no sauces in bag I ordered a small chilli and received a large watery juicy mess I didn't eat it was tossed in garbage I tried to eat the only thing wrapped which was the sandwich upon biting it the bread was hard and stale and meat was like cardboard it just didn't taste right so I spat it out they were out of cold brew so I received a orange soda which I didn't drink worse of all was the bug that flew out the bag this establishment is disgusting all the employees should be fired to send out food this way they clearly don't care I was finally issued a full refund as I didn't get to eat anything!!! This place should be shut down sorry not sorry!!! Totally grossed out EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive through to pick up my order and had to wait at least 15 minutes to get up to the intercom and another 10 minutes to reach the drive through window. When I arrived at the window, that's when the server relayed my order to the kitchen staff so I had to wait yet again. Getting my mobile order took excessively longer than it should have. I will not return to this Wendy's location again. No apologies for the long wait offered by the staff. Very poor customer service.

Got my order wrong. My fault for not checking the bag before leaving. 49.01 for 2 double burgers and 10 nuggets. What would Dave say?

They do not have water to wash their hands in the bathroom, as these people do to clean their hands and continue cooking, that place is unhealthy.
Could have been tidyer. Had to wait a few minutes before anyone was at the counter.

They never get my order right and it’s so simple. Jr bacon biggie bag, no mayo. And it’s mayo on it EVERY TIME!!!
Went at the drive through at 12:32PM on December 26, 2024. The person taking the order got off the intercom without asking if we were done ordering. When we pulled up to pay, and tried to add to our order, the guy at the window said “too late they already made your food, you can’t place an order here”. To make matters worse, we were asked to pull up and wait for the cheeseburger we ordered. Worst Wendy’s customer service in the planet. Avoid at all costs!
I never leave reviews. I usually don’t care. But honestly I’ve been patient enough.
A message for management:
Please adopt better hiring criteria or better training. Your employees can’t do anything right and that’s nobody’s fault but the management’s.
From the last 5 times of being there:

> 20+ min drive thru (even with only a few cars ahead)
> no customer service skills
> I see employees on their phone showing each other videos
> employees talking trash about customers in other languages
> multiple cars leave the drive thru because it takes 10 min to make each persons food apparently (including mobile orders I guess)
> unfortunately, I can go on
From now on, I just can’t go here anymore. And I hate to write a negative review but it’s too much now! I hope yall are able to fix some things so I can enjoy some Wendy’s sometimes.

So I’ve lived here for 15+ years and this was always the Wendy’s I’ve gone to. I have no idea what has changed or why it has changed… but drive thru will take 15 min even with 3 people in line, customer service is literally nonexistent because you don’t even get a greeting or acknowledgement at the window anymore. I’ve been handed my food while the person looked away and closed the window, no bye, no nothing. They talk to their friends in the kitchen, interrupt you while you order to talk to their friends, and often times forget certain items in the order.
I know this job isn’t easy, but I know it’s not that hard to listen and say hello :/ and read a list to put food in a bag.
The food is alright tho, but the experience is so un-appetizing and makes the food feel not worth the wait.
Oh, I won’t forget to mention, 4 cars left the drive through while we were in it today because it was taking so long. This was the only reason I got my food in less than 30 min.

I'm just curious why they prepare one order at a time. I was most recently at this location 2 weeks ago. I ordered ahead through a delivery app for pickup. I know they take forever but my daughter really wanted Wendy's. So I waited 15 minutes to leave my house. It takes 10 or so minutes so get there. I waited behind one person who was having their order done and then when I finally was seen in just under 5 minutes (I don't think I'm exaggerating but it certainly felt like it) and then I told the cashier I was there to pick up. They responded, "who are you?" I gave my name and my order still wasn't fully ready. I waited longer and when I finally got my food I checked it. I was missing 2 fries. But at their slow pace I wasn't about to wait behind the other people who walked in because I wasn't going to be acknowledged until they finished with each of the others. So I left. I could be like the delivery drivers and cut through and say something but at that point I was over it. From order to receiving the food it was 50 minutes. 50! This is why I normally stay away. For a while I'd come for breakfast through the drive thru and they were faster. But later in the day, forget about it. I guess if you're not going to wait in line in the drive thru then you aren't prioritized. I'm a pushover and like to give people grace and understanding. I have been here a total of 3 times recently in the evening hours thanks to my daughter. But this last visit will make it my last until management makes changes to how they service customers. They are not so short staffed that they need to do one order at a time for walk in customers. And please learn to greet people and let others know that you will be with them shortly instead of walking in the front and ignoring people until you ate ready to take an order. People are more inclined to give passes when you are courteous.

Warning I got food poisoning.!!!!
I went in to get breakfast to sit down have meal before shopping. One of the doors were locked. It took quite a while for someone to take my order, the menus hadn't been changed for breakfast yet. All the diet soda options were out on the soda machine. No offer of catchup. The food wasn't good. I ended up throwing most of it away. Good thing because it just made me sick.
