12:11 pm on Wednesday October 14th. With only one customer in front of me I waited 15 mins to order. After placing my order (2 single burgers, a number 8 combo meal, a single pretzel bacon pub burger and a large fry) I then waited another 20 mins for my incorrect order to arrive and I was not given a receipt so I could show them ot was wrong. Will not ever set foot in that building ever again.

After visiting the drive thru tonight, I'm sorely disappointed with my experience. I requested no mayo on my sandwich, only to be given gobs of mayo, no tomato and a hockey puck textured burger. The Hanover location is much more consistent and I will patron that location moving forward.

again went to wendys here in laurel md russett and my app order is not showing. everytime I come to this wendys it happens. I change location to Arundel mills they have my app order and they have 100% better customer service.

Please don't rush me and speak around me when I'm trying to give my order. Because I get interrupted, I can easily forget something I was going to say or ask, and then I don't enjoy my meal at all. Thank you.

Took awhile to cook the #1 Dave's Single?...hmmmm... they don't already have these burgers cooked & on a warming tray beforehand. Well, at least it was hot, but the drive-thru wait was almost 4 minutes!

Food is almost always cold after 6pm the food is almost not even edible got home tonight my friends order literally looked like they pulled it striaght from the freezer. None of our food looked cooked i guess the day and morning shift shud be the only safe way to eat there

Very slow. I set in the drive though for 20 mins waiting on a 4 for $4. Only to pull off and find d that the meat on my sandwich was cold and the french fries tasted like they were sitting in the warmer too long. Disappointed but was not willing g to go back and sit for another 20 mins. to get fresh food.
