From the look on that young, thin lady with braid’s face and the taste of the fries that was supposed to be seasoned w lemon pepper, I and everyone else could tell that everybody in this location was either drunk, high or both. Watched a boy w a drink set that drink aside to the right of the machine and asked for a cup w his order, and thus swindling another extra drink from the high young lady w braids.

This place is a mess. The order was supposed to be cooked well and it came back barely cooked.

Don’t waste ya money, go to the next wingstop or shoot anywhere else

Disappointed with bad customer service! While we sat and waited for 40 minutes, we witnessed other people came before us being served. When I asked what is going on with our order, the lady said he is making it now. After seating for what seems like forever. The person just started making our food.
We did not get treated fairly. Needs better management and better customer. service. Never coming back again!

The WORSTTT wing stop. I’m not sure how they choose who works here but it needs to change …. It’s like the employees are all working their first day at their first job ever, just SLOW . They’re unsanitary , you’ll be waiting unreasonable times and deal with nasty attitudes. Save yourself the time and go to the beltsville location.

Placed an online order and the stupid automated person got the order totally wrong. Called and spoke to a so called manager who was no help. The dipping sauces were not even in the order. The worst service ever with no resolution from them. If I could score less than 1 star I would. Spent way too much money for crappie service.

This store locations is the worse. They just count with 4 employees. The location is full of people Complaining about how late they are delivering their orders. In my case I ordered via internet at 2:00 and they told me I could pick up my order at 2:30. It's 3:08 and our food order isn't ready. The employees are telling people to cancel their orders if they don't want to wait because there are only 4 employees. Don't buy food here. This is supposed to be a fast food place and the food doesn't take an hour to be ready.

My chicken was just dry with sauce. My fries were unbelievably salty. I could get sick from that. And I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait. Instead it was 30. $15 down the drain 👎

No staff at register from the time I earlier in for over 20 minutes. The soda machine did not look like anyone had check to see what had run out all day as 75% of the drinks were out. Food is not worth how this restaurant is so poorly run. I absolutely will not be back ever………. Even after my name was called the staff could not hear me over loud unnecessary music and staff don’t look at anyone to confirm anything just yell names and turn around and walk away.

This was my first time eating here and it was terrible, I waited about 25 mins for someone to take my order in store, There were only 3 people working and mostly they were just doing online orders and ignoring the walk In customers. Didn’t even bother to asks if we were helped already. Til I spoke up. I feel like this is the business owner fault they need more staff, wingstop is a very popular place to only have 3 people working that’s just sad ! Plus the place to eat in is awful they have no one cleaning the tables, no napkins, not even a trash bin like wow A restaurant without a trash bin. The bathrooms were disgusting like they haven’t been clean for a whole year. Tbh I’m never going back there again. Now the food the fries was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. The blue cheese Was tasting like it had stink bugs in it, and the ranch was so watery. everything in that place was terrible. I recommend people to stop going there and try Pizza Boli Chicken wings they are way more better trust me. I just hope the owner takes action if not the state Inspection Should go check that place out it’s not a safe place for people to eat it’s not even sanitized or clean.
